Just an update - OS X 10.4 (Tiger!) on PPC does pass `SAGE_CHECK=yes` and
the tests for sage/numerical. This was with the original `sage_cvxopt`
patch; I only had time to check the output, not to do anything else.
Presumably cumulative positive review from all the testers plus Dima's OR
knowledge, unless the license issue is still a problem. Maybe someone
other than Dima should also quickly check that the spkg is in proper
shape, including commit messages - I apologize for not having time to do
this, again, just to report in.
