Please make it clear which patches have to be applied. I am assuming the
following, but I can't be sure:
1. [attachment:6456-numerical_sage_cvxopt.patch]
1. [attachment:6456-cvxopt-glpk-interface.patch]
1. [attachment:6456_after_9418_deps.patch] (assuming #9418 is merged of
course)
Also, you should change the commit message of the patches (use {{{hg
qrefresh -e}}} for that) such that the first line contains the ticket
number and a short description of the patch (you may use following lines
for a longer description).
