Report on merging your reviewer patch:
* Using your changes in category.py, in particular caching of _meet_ and
using a short patch in the case that the `self.is_subcategory(other)`.
* If we use the _meet_ in sage/categories/homset.py then technically the
algorithm already is factored out. So, I won't have a new function
`_category_for_homset` anymore.
* I am using your changes in finite_field_prime_modn.py.
I will post a combined patch in a few minutes.
