Changes (by SimonKing):

  * status:  needs_review => needs_work
  * work_issues: Segmentation faults => Doctest errors, rebase rel #9562

Comment:

 With the setting described in my previous post, I get
 {{{
 $ ./sage -testall -long
 ...
 The following tests failed:

         sage -t  -long -force_lib
 "devel/sage/sage/misc/constant_function.pyx"
         sage -t  -long -force_lib
 "devel/sage/sage/categories/vector_spaces.py"
 Total time for all tests: 7980.3 seconds
 }}}

 That seems doable. I will try to solve it, update my patch probably
 tomorrow (needs to be rebased anyway), and then it will hopefully be
 solved.
