Comment:
Disagree with having the other interface instances behaving like the
standard one. On the contrary, some people will probably want "vanilla"
Maxima in that setting. That said, there should be a nice easy way to
say "pexpect interface with the same defaults as the "calculus" copy" or
something like that.
