Every one seems to be talking highly about the people of Saligao. They are
educated, rich, intelligent and the village needs to be converted into a
city but when I enter the village of saligao I find the roads narrow, and
the traffic is zooming up and down and I am not sure whether; I will return
back to my home complete or without bones.The junction at the primary school
is worse. Those using the chogm road just zoom by and one has to be very
careful, I mean extra careful as where you are going.Even if one shows a
signal that he is turning right, there are drivers with one hand on the
mobile and other hand on the steering while there are others who drive left
but look right. Who is supposed to see that everything is working ok ?
