Dear friends
Every where you go there is a tough competition and the service has to be
improved or else you will wither. Today most of the then existing cold
drinks just dissappeared in thin mist when mighty pepsi and cola came into
goa. If at all these cold drink companies had to stand up and improved their
quality they would not have died. There was a time when people of saligao
had to literary fall at the feet of the gas dealer who first was in
calangute and then a new dealer came to saligao who made us go to Lawry
Saldanha's garage to pay the bill and walk half way to the seminary to get
the gas .Our MLAs did not bother to see our plight. Today the gas comes to
our door and we can select the one that gives us better service. One must
remain with the tide and not show that we lack in modern technology. I see
many people crowding the post office to pay their bills for they have never
heard of ECS system of paying the bill. The too crowd at the banks to
withdraw their money. All they have to do is demand an ATM facility and
avail of the card which can be used to withdraw the money and also to do
purchases for one must know that ATM card can be used all over India. One
need not carry money. Today people are still using BSNL and are at the mercy
of the fellows called mechanic. Baba re matso mhojo phone sarko kor re, one
has not heard of Reliance and Tata phones and if they are told about it they
will behave like people from the 18th century and say " Hoch phone boro."
