#362: Problem with certain Ogg bitrates on rev7337

When trying to use quality levels below 0.0 (ie. -2.0 for 32kbps or -1.0
for 44kbps) on Ogg Vorbis streams, I get this error:
"Error in encoding format at line 11, char 32-35: complex expressions are
forbidden in encoding formats."
Here is the relevant config:
output.icecast(%vorbis(quality=-2.0),
icy_metadata="true",
id = "vorbis-1",
host = "server", port = 8000,
password = "password", mount = "/mount-32k.ogg",
url="",
description="",
genre="",
livewith)
Note that line 11, which liquidsoap is complaining about is the first line
above, with the "quality=-2.0" setting.
