Thank you for the report. It is unfortunate (it is a bug) that negative
numbers are not allowed inside encoding format expressions. It should be
fixed.
In the meantime, you're in luck: -2 is not a valid quality anyway, since
our quality range is [0..1]. This is non-standard and should perhaps be
changed... Also I noticed that the default is 2, outside of that range,
and that should be changed for sure.
For devs: I take care of the parser issue, but anybody feel free to
restore a good (standard) order in quality settings.
