and here are some more insights on liquidsoap windows (x64 for this matter,
but should apply to x32 too).
memory leak is not innocent, that is, when the ram usage grows it's not
unusual to see the radio playing emergency track instead of playlists, as if
it they were unaccessible. at that point graceful service stop is also not
possible, must end task for it.
but i'm happy that the flac bug is sorted out in this release (as i said
earlier), as it was very annoying in previous versions to manually
re-connect flac encoders to get it through... and i thought encoders were to
blame, turns out it was the receiving end!
i also enabled some dynamic processing in the script and it seems not to
increase cpu usage significantly as it did in older releases.
