No, Shane started it. There was some disputation when Shane quit, eventually Pascal Georges took it over. I've just explored the files I checked out in December. Shane claims copyright over many files - more than anyone else - Pascal quite a few and Alexander over some. Fulvio, none, but some contributions from him are acknowledged.
