Umm.. Nope...
RAID 0+1 and RAID 10 are totally /different/ RAID Configurations, and should not
be confused with each other, since both have different requirements, and provide
different performance and redundancy.

RAID 0+1 = Striping /then/ Mirroring
RAID 10 = Mirroring /with/ Striping

The differences are very subtle, and are best represented in a Diagram:
(Each vertical 'stack' of letters represents a single Hard Disk Drive)

RAID 0+1:

   A E A E
   B F B F
   C G C G
   D H D H
  STRIPE STRIPE
  SET 1 SET 2
  | |
  +------+------+
         |
      MIRROR
        SET
    (RAID 0+1
      ARRAY)

RAID 10:

  A E A B
  B F C D
  C G E F
  D H G H
 MIRROR STRIPE
  SET SET
 | |
 +------+-------+
        |
     RAID 10
      ARRAY

(Apologies for the poor diagrams!)

As you can see, the differences are subtle, but RAID 0+1 and RAID 10 are /very/
different in terms of their performance and redundancy levels - the only
similarity is that both require four Hard Drives to work.
