I would take a look at the Timeout settings on the F5(s) in front of the
web servers. The values should match the connection timeout values in the
mid tier configuration. Remember, the F5 stores these values in seconds,
not minutes; so you'll need to adjust accordingly.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't use phase management here or setup a close
down approval...

Hello listers,
I'm currently working towards importing Change Templates via the UDM and
while populating the Change load spreadsheet, I noticed that there is no
way to populate the following fields:
Change Manager Support Company
Change Manager Support Organization
Change Manager Support Group
though so take this with a grain of
salt and hope you get better answers if mine is wrong.

Can you post a link to this AMIGO program you're referring to? I can't
seem to find it within the Documentation section on BMC's site.
Thanks,

Greetings listers,
I've searched and searched and searched, yet I cannot seem to find the

The problem is that I've changed the root password so that I can see/access

Sonia,
It sounds to me like a MIME type issue. I would suggest re running the mid
tier installer...if you don't want to do that you'll need to manually
modify the MIME types within IIS to let IIS know that jsp files need to be
processed by tomcat.

they never seem to be able to fix my issues - this could be caused by the
