Hi! Does any one know what type of 16mm projector synchs to AC current? ie- is
an AC lock projector? I thought eiki ssl-0 were but now I'm not so sure and it
is basically un-googlable (Google thinks I'm looking for a clock projector).

ok. so i just did one of the dumber things i've done in a while and erased
some footage i just had telecined and then emptied the trash. And it isn't
backed up. obviously i thought it was, but i was in a haze of hard drive
cleaning.
is there any hope for me or did i just throw $800 in the digital
mac! i used iskysoft and it recovered the files, in case this happens to
anyone else...

does anyone have any good solutions for making photographic prints off 16mm
film? I talked to fotokep about it and it's kinda pricey. Any home-made
solutions? like a loupe on the lens of a 35mm still camera type of thing?

I have 2 eiki ssl, and 2 bell and howell filmo sound projectors, none of
which came with speakers. I'm trying to project films with sound on them

Hi!
I'm looking for people in LA who can repair a bolex. It looks like a fairly
simple fix - the piece that snaps into the takeup daylight spool (in the
middle) came off, but the takeup motor is still working. I tried to snap it
back in myself but no dice.
Any ideas?

shots in the answer print look like crapola and there's no way to get them
to look better (super under exposed, low contrast, just don't match the
rest of the film). Since we got our neg transferred to HD, we didn't
