Yes - agreed. Luis and I had done several bug scrubs earlier in the release
where we had looked at and closed many bugs which were no longer valid
(especially from the Hydrogen days, etc.). We can remove many more of these
by scrubbing further (including the list you sent) and as you say close
many

the Lithium design for all the projects consuming OpenFlow Plugin and we

Is that a switch (router) reboot or the reboot / restart of ODL? The
reconciliation feature in Beryllium should take care of the switch reboot,
while having persistence enabled and I believe the flows in the config
datastore should be able to take care of the ODL restart.

Question is - is this a bug or a feature? i.e. in case of L2 switch - they
would not have any issues as they have just used the RPCs and have no flow
in the config datastore. In the case of the apps or someone manually using
the config datastore (via RESTCONF) - if the code is magically making sure
