Well, I don't claim to have seen it all... but the subject of this
article from the New York Times certainly justifies some kind of prize

Greetings,
School starts this week, I haven't ridden the Bleriot all summer,
I've got a free pass to bike all day...what to do? Go for a 100ish

started but it turned in to a perfect day. About ten hours on the

Will admit to having a scale. But only to judge if my bikes have

Hmm. I did not read it that way at all. Then again, for me, it takes
until 37mm to be "medium" and wide doesn't begin until past 40. Or
maybe my Schwalbe Marathon Supreme 50s are wide. Or not.
Then again, after a few years where no bike has had less than 35s on
it, my perception of wide is dif

Once again, an inability to be objective.
The reviewer's conclusion should be, "Whoah, what an eye-opener. Time to
rethink my ideas about narrow versus wide road tires!"

Bicycling is turning into a decent little mag lately. Still a lot of fluff
and the requisite "How to ride 100 miles" articles, but they're putting in
some longer, interesting articles as well. They're still beholden to the
bicycle industry and will never, ever, never-ever write anything negative

Looks great! How do you like the H Plus Son TB-14 rims? Did you build them
yourself? I've been eyeing those for future roadie builds.

Now I'm not sure about the sizing but they are 650b. It could very

Thanks for the ride report, and, nice to know this ride is so close to me,

I will definitely be over to do that ride! My primary interest these days

The Renovelo was still there.
