This was a 6 week course. I had a
husband and wife team sign up along with 10 other stud
I first talked to our club about starting a show, they were not for it,
now see what the Sowbug has turned into. Just do it.

Mike has a section in his Spring Creek presentation (to support his
last book effort), in which he describes his entry of a no-hackle dun
in the Jackson Hole One-Fly contest.
Entrants to this high-profile annual event are only allowed to use one
fly, period.
Just wanted to pop in and resurrect this squashed, bloody thread to
make a comment.
First of all, no disrespect to Jimmy, who I admire greatly as a
community contributor, a family man, and a tribute to Texas.
That said, I think Jimmy is way off-base with his reply. I need to
respond to that in

At the fly show in Indianapolis on Saturday ("Indiana On The Fly"),
there were a couple of things.
I had a young boy scout come up and sit down with me at the beginners
tying table. He tied a very nice wooly bugger. A fellow watching
him came up and thanked me.
Ya'll better watch Wes, or we will be co-authors of his fly fishing
Anthology. :-P
