Tom, what menu are you talking about? There has never been any option to create
a filter in iOS mail.

Yes me too I encountered the lack of vibration upon updating to iOS12. I fixed
it and all is vibrating as it should, by going into Settings/Souns, and
changing the vibration pattern from Standard, to I think it was alert? Hope

I, too noticed that my new mail sound had changed to “none” so I reset it to
the sound that I wanted, which was under the classic sounds. It now works fine
but I don’t get a vibration, which is no big deal, but I may fiddle around a
bit more to investigate why.
