Update: version 1.2! Their isn't really much new in this update accept some bug fixes and changes to the documentation. This is almost more like 1.1.1, meaning the actual 1.2, or 1.2.1 will be here soon. Fixed a bug ware you couldn't get on the ship to Exponents, another bug not letting people get past a certain part of the game. You now can't access armor in the Milltown shop so the first enemies can damage you. Replaced the magic sword with the magic bullet and removed the magic sword from the game, of course until I figure out how to make it do more damage than regular attacks. Now, the fairie girl actually joins you after you beat the boss in the fairie forest. Made some changes and corrected spelling errors in the scenario data. In this version, the enemies might be too strong because I'm still trying to figure out how to make them do damage. I know their have been a lot of updates and changes, but that will stop soon. This is because I am still kind of new to Text Game maker 0.80, and wasn't able to play through the whole game before releasing it. Most of audio game like ultra power and STW, people do not use their real name.One of the incident I recall, in DMNB a guy ask me for a help and I promised that I will help him. I left my asteroid mining and try to undock on his stealing ship. after a big crash the guy renamed his account and started playing. Night Of Parasite Please?

Hello Everyone!It's so good to be back on the forum after so long. Well I had the night of parasite installer and I installed it and it gave me some kind of innosetup script instead of the game. I can't get another copy because bladestorm is no longer hosting it anymore. Could someone please upload a working installer of night of parasite for me? I would appreciate it! The version I had was 3.1 so I would prefer that unless there's a later version I don't know about. Thank you again!

aprone I want to suggest you something.of course if you can you implement in the next version of the swamp.I wanted to ask you to put or create a command to rename our characters.because sometimes we have a character with a very high level and to delete it is very complicated.climbing all those levels again.if you can put it there in the next version of the friend game will be very good.and when the special items to buy in the security zone.you could also think of a way to buy hardcore too.and as the forts drain you could think of returning the rate to standard so the atacks run out there.I will give an example here: if my clan attacks a fort and stay there for 6 hours the drain increases over the members of the clan that we are attacking is defend and kill the drain could return to 10 so the fort stayed standing there without no attack after 1 hour.or whatever the next day more I think that the fort drain is unfair only 
 increase, or even if you can think of a iten to reduce the fort drainI think that's only suggestion I have to give you for now friend.that here it was what we talked about in the channel where I live which is 5 and all told they wanted these options in the game.worth hugs stay with good night god.

I don't know what you mean by "how to disable the tips that keep jumping at me all the time"As for strategies, it all depends who controls the puck. I suggest you to google the team you are playing so you know if the player controling the puck is a defenseman or a forward. Generally you want to pass the puck to a forward whenever possible since they skate faster and have better puck handling skills than a defenseman.

Hello folks. What I usually dislike in multiplayer games can not be solved by moderators or administrators most of the time. But one game I'd love to see in action is a kind of Fallout 3 playstyle. Note that it doesn't have to follow the same theme and plot. For example, the rev  corpse command was a suggestion of mine since I was getting tired of not getting the full description of agro mobs, and most recently, I was stuck in the planes quest on Arcais, but after I mentioned the difficulty with performing necro spells Dentin added the ability to buy scrolls and wands for the needed spells right at the planes guild. Actually the friendly community, including the builders and admins is another thing I like about alteraeon.@Grryf, since playing muds I'm becoming more of a fan of crafting for precisely the reason you say, it's much more in  the better muds a matter of carrying out several different actions to make something, eg, exploring in the mines to find the ore, smelting the ore
 , forging the sword, temporing it, sharpening it, ornamenting it etc. The only problem tends to be when you need to carry out those actions 100 or so times to actually get the skills to make a halfway decent sword, since while doing everything too easily is a turn off, there does need to be some sort of reward, not an hour's work for a bad quality sword.One  thing I've actually noticed where crafting is involved is usually for some odd reason crafting and combat are really separate things, rather than you having to actually go out into the wilderness and battle monsters and then forge your own weapons, usually if your good at crafting your cruddy at combat etc. It'd actually be nice if a game had activities a little more balanced, (after all historically black smiths were pretty tough, and fletchers had to be able to shoot pretty reasonably to know a good arrow from a bad one). As to the hole pvp question, again I'd rather sidestep myself. If p
 eople like pvp fare enough, but personally I do prefer playing alone, or at most just having player trading or item swapping or the like (though even then msot of the time I prefer to make or find or do things myself in games).

Hey everyone:This has most definitely been out on the forum here before, but I can't seem to locate the old posts dating back to last year or even before that.Does anyone know of where I can find the Dectalk or SAPI speak.exe files?  They are the speak windows that you can input text and then output the speech through a synthesizer.  I know I had one for SAPI on Win8.I know there was a Bitorrent Sync folder of Dectalk files, but I have no clue where that is or if it is still being hosted.Any help would be greatly appreciated,Luke

Well, after looking at several printers by several manufacturers, I've decided to keep the Brother printer for two reasons:1. For 99% of the printing I'm likely to do, there won't be any need to change any of the printing options offered by the drivers.2. It's a lot easier to make software more accessible than it is hardware.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get that clip to play, but I can well imagine what you are talking about, as I've had similar problems with Siri and VoiceOver on my iPhone.I don't know what the original Trekker cost, but my Trekker Breeze Plus was $700, so that was quite a gift. If you haven't tried already, I'd check Humanware's web site to see if they have any software updates available for your Trekker. It's possible that you weren't the only one to experience those audio problems and that they fixed it in a software update.hth

You need to enable Wake-on-LAN in the BIOS and also in device manager.  You would also need to find a third-party utility that will help send WOL packets to the target system.  This involves a great deal of networking, including portforwarding, and accessing info like your external IP address.Given that the BIOS isn't accessible, and that the third-party utilities might not be either, I would say for a blind user by him or herself to do this is impossible.Edit: I neglected to mention what I described is only available through a local network.  There are other ways to ensure that you can access a powered-off machine millions of miles away from home.  Like I said, though, you need to turn on the Wake-on-LAN setting in the BIOS of your target machine.Luke

My own problem with sc was totally different. I don't mind the rp, and the activities and coherence of the universe looked great, what really! pissed me off as I detailed in This topic was the fact that combat is nearly impossible due to the amount of spam and the fact that basic commands like aim + don't work, and that once you've messed up combat twice and got two ships destroyed that's that, your out to beg from your alliance. I don't want to begg, I want a game I can play and improve at without having to constantly spam other people for help in the guise of roleplay.People were very nice and I'm not against a little rp so long as grouping isn't too enforced as in clok, but really a game that is so unforgiving that two deaths pretty much mean your character can't make money or progress is just wy out there, particularly I might say when the deaths in questio
 n were due to the game's own bad design in having a combat display that is firstly, spammy as hell, and secondly, not working, oh, and the fact that the developers discourage people from using soundpacks but that I haven't yet met one person who can tell me how to play without one doesn't help either. It wasn't even as if I was trying to take on a star destroyer in a single x wing fighter, I was fighting the bloody automated rat drones that were supposedly the lowest target available. I conclude there is a good game in there somewhere, but the developers just don't care enough to make the game properly accessible to blind people or new players. Actually I confess I was! very frustrated, since there is! a good game in there, I just wish the  design were better or that the devs could actually take suggestions about the crappiness of the display. maybe I'll try again with a soundpack at some point, since certain compared to the ot

for 25-3, there are multiple lifts, flip the switch then take lift back down to 30, go to 24-30, take that lift to 50 and you'll see lift on the right, i won't stand on the edge of it sinse missiles are coming from the spot. for the clone thing, if you have played bk2, it's th same ammo but enemys don't drop it, if you havent, go to col items and chose to craft chips. that's the ammo

I wouldn't use MS Word; it's not designed for programming and will likely add formatting and other garbage which will cause problems for the script interpreter. You can simply use Notepad and save the files with a .bgt extention.The files do not have to be in BGT's install directory; you can simply hit enter on the script file to run it, or right-click (press applications) for more options.

Thanks Figment. Unfortunately I have the older Breeze. It was given to me by a guide dog school I attended. Here's a recording that kinda shows what I'm talking about. You can here that when the speech is slow, it works fine, but when I increase it, it starts to sound choppy in some instances.

Depending how old your Trekker Breeze is, it could be the Breeze itself. I have the newer Trekker Breeze Plus and have never encountered any problems with its speech.I once had a problem where I was back tracking a route to get home and about half way home it told me I was off the route and to turn around to relocate the it. I knew I was still on the route so I just canceled it and told it to guide me to my saved home location. The problem never occurred again, so I considered it a one time glitch.

with the above post, you usually won't have to write that muchI myself only had to rewrite once, the hosts were actually quite helpful in telling me what they would've liked changed, and they weren't jerks about itover all I just feel it's the better game out of the two main space muds people play, simply because 1 it's the original one, and 2 because of the continued griefing that plagues mirialthough yes the RP enforcement can sometimes be somewhat annoying, the tradeoff is well worth it IMO

Death it sounds like some other program in your background is constantly trying to pull focus.  It could be anything from a system diagnostic tool, to a virus scanner, to even malware you didn't know you had on your system.  In the past when I've had similar issues to what you've described, it ended up being "Dell Support Assist" running diagnostic tests on my memory and hard drive (without me asking it to of course).

RE4 is not playable. There is no PDA at all, you often walk alone, there are extremely many items and shops you need to take care of, and the design of the levels makes the game very inaccessible. There are QTE's in the cutseens as well, and you'll get killed if you don't do those correctly. I don't know if the QTE's changes though. RE4 is a fantastic game though. I've watched a sighted friend of mine completing the game after I gave up.

Hello,Rp is very much, really very much enforced. You even have to write a profile or you sort of play a demonstration version. I have wrote 6-7 profiles, none of them have been accepted. Thus I gave up on playing/trying on new profiles.

The room sounds need a complete rewrite.  I'm still working on mine, but as I have other things going on, it's taken a bit of a backseat.  That's not to say I've abandoned it, I haven't, it's just that the things that we need to do are trivial, and I haven't had time to sit and do them.  What I'd like to see is a pack that works with mushclient.  I think that would be way more useful than another vip pack.   If you haven't done it already, I'd make sure that your pack works with VIP 2.

This has been brought up in other topics before, but I'll summarize it here.  The reason people don't like it is because the staff can sometimes be jerks, as can all people and most blind people don't like roleplay.  Since RP is required on that game, they don't want to give it a try.

I'm really enjoying this so far. I think my biggest issue right now is figuring out how to get where I need to be to start hunting and mining. So far I mostly just walked around and bought my computer, radio, and flight control system.So far though it looks great, and I can tell some detail and care and consideration went into designing this.

Unfortunately that didn't work either. It did show me that the only way to move the screen forward from log on to character selection is apparently alt tabbing in and out like 3 or 4 times, though.Thoughts?

Hi.Also at seb, I have set the AI stats like puckk controling, injuries, fighting difficulty and such to the value of 5 right now to obtimize this later again.I also have the missing file thing again, for example there is an shootout.js file missing, I never had this before, I guess it's a mistake in the interface.Also, I noticed that when I have the puck, the next second, it's already gone again. I can't also seem to grab the puck of the stick from other players, could you help me a bit with that maybe?

Hi all.So I decided to make an audio game a long time ago.So I went through learn python the hard way, and I also went through a c# tutorial. Ahoy allPost 10,12 nailed it. More often than not, when I'm wanting to play  a game, I'm playing it to have fun, to waste my time away, or to enjoy what you will. The babys, the drama,and the bullshit that usually goes around in multiplayer games aren't exactly conducive to having fun or enjoyment.In a single player game I can play as long as I want,leave it alone come back and start off from where I left. In a multiplayer game though, if its pvp, I'm likely to either be left far behind unless I put 15hours of a day into the game,just to keep up,or get stomped. I wouldn't even mind the stomping, as long as it was stimulating.I can't really seem to grind as others can,though. doing the same thing over and over again, isn't exactly what I call fun, and things need to be interesting I.E having to make decisions, gain a certain something each way and so on.As an example, I wouldn't mind crafting a sword if I 
 needed to go to x to get iron,mine it for a while perhaps and get some,go to y,start the forging process,kill animal,skin,tan,get wood or whatever it is that one decides is needed for a sword next,and in the end have a sword. However I would certainly mind, if I needed to mine 10k units of iron for 4 days by hand( an obvious overexaduration but you get my point) kill a million animals, and so on.By this I don't really mean I like things eazy,far from it, but I dislike things that make me grind or do 1 particular thing for hours and hours which require the same input.grryf

ok, so this is a bit of a ranty post but i hope you understand. it is a time line of prometheus' progress as far as i know. so ehre goes2014. Grate game,couldn't recommend it more.2015. Ok game, was starting to go down hill toward the month of december2016. Awful. Te game has completely fallen apart it is not what it once was.The game could be better it just needs a lot more time than it needed to get off the ground in the first place. i think the half of it is there is going to be a promo 2, so noone wants to play classic because if they do and promo 2 is good, there is going to be more focus on that than tehre is in classic.Just my thoughts.

hi death, just check to see if, under power options, your computer is using the hi performance power setting. if not, it will cause swamp to lag very badly. it is valid on any version of windows. to do this, type the following in to the run box. after you press windows key, and the letter r. the windows key is the key you use, to bring up your start menue. hold down, that key, press the letter r.then when a little block pops up, asking you to type the name of a program or file. simply coppy this in to therepowercfg.cplnow press enter. and it wil bring up your power options. tab untill you here a groop of radio buttens, if you here, balanced, radio butten, checked, then you have to go down, to, hi performance, radio butten. if it cannot be found, just press space on the, show more plans butten, then it should be there.after you selected the hi performance radio butten, you can simply close that window, using alt and the f4 key.I hope this
  helps. how ever just a tip. swamp will from time to time just stop functioning when navigating maps. and hang, then resume again. this is not something in our control and is a bug in swamp. even on the most powerful pc's it, sometimes will do this. i presume it to be server lag, but have no known answer to this yet.
