Hay Yukio.If you get around to it, for the next update, could you please translate 9-2?I can't figure out the correct combo do to no translation.That, and the fact the game keeps crashing whenever I exit 9-2 after getting the daggers.If you didn't see my post in the other topic, the game also crashes when exiting the level after getting the key in 9-1 if you use the switch to get said key.also, I didn't get the hook bug.

Please check enemy levels. If you are playing Exciting, all enemies should be over LV100. But xxx wolf may have weaker enemies because the modes just multiply enemy levels. For example, if you are playing Super Wolf, enemy levels are 3x, meaning that the enemy with its original level 1 is LV 3 in that mode. The Biocontrol System is LV 110, so it will eventually appear as LV 330.

So here's something I've been wondering about regarding the translation. Why is stage one completely translated, and part, but not all of, stage two? I mean, it just randomly stops there.Also, I think in that first room where you platform in 2-2, I think a tutorial should be there demonstrating the Camera, and platforming in general, as shields were taught in 2-1. I have Cary's playthrough for reference. In 9-4, what is the password for the first part of it? I thought Cary in her playthrough said the password was "lifelesstroll" but that fails each and every time. Perhaps these should be the next stages to get translated, stages with math problems and puzzles like this password. I think it's at the end of 9-3 when your character quickly jots it down and it's of course displayed in Japanese.

The menus do not wrap. count the scrolls by the beeps that you hear, and and that should help. That or use a Japanese tts if you aren't doing so already.

However, my NVDA is still saying "chinese letter letter japanese letter letter letter" and things like that. how do I make it actually english?2. if those are untranslated parts, how do I make them read in japanese, at least? so i can try to at least get some of the story?

Sorry, I'm on the debugging process of the new ordering system. The form will soon be available again.I've rerecorded the voices since assault freak asked me to make them faster, but I couldn't gain the volumes for some reason. If I or someone else were to resample them, it would not be possible to use the resampled voices until V2.0 comes because editing existing sound files in the sound archive is unsupported. Or, everyone should redownload the full installer to apply the changes.

assault_freak, I just tried to launch the game without being on-line.The game tries to say loading, then I get a"play.exe has stopped working error."The game then closes, but if I'm connected to the internet, the game works fine.It's probably something to do with updating the translation dictionaries.Later!

You should already be able to launch the game without connecting to the internet... the only thing the game tries to do is check for updates, and it'll just tell you there's an error if you can't., and the game should start anyway. And I asked yukio the same before, regarding pre-recorded human dialog. The speech samples are not pre-scripted... all the numbers and words are individually recorded and sampled, and then coded to play at the correct points.

The main reason some people want this to be free in the first place is because, as they've stated many times before on other topics, Paypal or what ever supported creditcards are being used, E.G. pretty much every single one, don't actually work correctly in their country because of some reason or another, weather it be government blocking, no language support or something else, it's why they want free games in the first place, since I think almost anyone can scrape together 5 bucks despite any crazy exchange rates, notice I say almost anyone...And while that makes sense, and I feel bad for them, it's also a pretty stupid reason to just expect everyone to put out free stuff and then give them a hundred different reasons why it should be if it isn't already, when there's really only that one, and you know what, fine, so you miss out on this, 4 or 5 people that, actually! can't get what they wanted, but you still have the original game
 , so if you want to play it enough you'll make do, right? And while it isn't fare, it's also not the game developers problem.Neither is the other reason, which is that they don't want their parents knowing that they use the computer for gaming instead of work, so can't ask them for help buying it, and hell, I've been there too, but I never made demands to the person who wrote the game about it!I confess that I don't know why Yukio is charging for this either, but I'm guessing it has to do with special libraries that have to be used or something, and even if that's not the case, this is still a big thing for him to go out of his way for us to do.Personally I'm really excited for this and see no problem getting the cash together by my self or with the assistance of someone else if need be.

The main reason some people want this to be free in the first place is because, as they've stated many times before on other topics, Paypal or what ever supported creditcards are being used, E.G. pretty much every single one, don't actually work correctly in their country because of some reason or another, weather it be government blocking, no language support or something else, it's why they want free games in the first place, since I think almost anyone can scrape together 5 bucks despite any crazy exchange rates, notice I say almost anyone...And while that makes sense, and I feel bad for them, it's also a pretty stupid reason to just expect everyone to put out free stuff and then give them a hundred different reasons why it should be if it isn't already, when there's really only that one, and you know what, fine, so you miss out on this, 4 or 5 people that, actually! can't get what they wanted, but you still have the original game
 , so if you want to play it enough you'll make do, right? And while it isn't fare, it's also not the game developers problem.Neither is the other reason, which is that they don't want their parents knowing that they use the computer for gaming instead of work, so can't ask them for help buying it.I confess that I don't know why Yukio is charging for this either, but I'm guessing it has to do with special libraries that have to be used or something, and even if that's not the case, this is still a big thing for him to go out of his way for us to do.Personally I'm really excited for this and see no problem getting the cash together by my self or with the assistance of someone else if need be.

Anyone know why NVDA Translate is having issues? I got to where the shops aren't translated now, and gTranslate worked fine for the intro story dialogue for stage seven, but when the menu came up listing the items Translate key followed by SHFT-T makes the NVDA error sound, making it pretty useless.Is shops six and seven next on the translation docket?

Musicman, I understand that. The few times I used instant translate to figure out something I didn't understand I ended up going back to the original Japanese... that's almost easier than trying to figure out the mess google throws back at you sometimes while playing this game.Harrylst, story will be tralsated later... and let's keep this one game at a time.  BK 3 is probably more work than translating the first two games put together.

I can't wait till all the weapon related content is translated, like descriptions and such, I really wanna get the new weapons I'm missing as well, but no idea what to do, and the Instant translate method was almost impossible to figure out. haha. Once this game's translation is done, even without the story portion, it'll still be amazing.

The actual food is called an Onigiri even in English, so it wouldn't've been inaccurate. haha. But that's just my personal philosophy... given names should remain in that language when translating to make the game authentic. Sushi shouldn't be translated as roll... that would sound odd to me. But again, that's just my opinion.

assault_freak, the name in the file is something like onogery, so I changed it to Rice ball, as that is the item I get when I buy it.Edit: Yukio, I just updated the Pm link, as I fixed a few more things.I changed decide in the level up screen to confirm, as this is how most games would do it.Also, the word confirm is used in the tutorial for the level up screen as well.I also changed "consider assigning with care" to "assign with care."I changed matsutake to mushroom in the stage 4 and 5 shops.I also changed one of the weapon descriptions."Yokotank's handmade" is now "Handmade by Yokotank."This is because; in English; a handmade is a servant to a higher power usually royalty, so the previous translation just sounded wrong everytime I heard it.Also changed one of the weapons so that level multiplier is just multiplier like all the other weapons.Also made a slight edit to the new

threeblacknoises, I'm not sure exactly what the huge difference in that translation from Rice ball to Rice ball is... it looks exactly the same to me. As to importing BK 2, that would likely take up more time and coding than Yukio has... to port the game, not to mention actually translating all of it. For all of BK 3 I see this taking at least 6 months, if not closer to a year given just how much stuff there is in the game to translate in terms of sheer text. I think anyone who is curious about the story in the first two games either has to play them, or be satisfied with the recap of the games found in BK 3 when you start a new game. haha. And sub-weapon is actually a more accurate translation than assigned weapons, but either one works. Glad to see your enthusiasm though, for sure!

I'd love love love love BK2 to be included! I was going to make that suggestion a few days ago, but never got around to it. I really like the BK2 levels/weapons etc. Hopefully all those weapons and items will be included as well. In fact, a straight up BK2 port wouldn't be a bad thing.

Hay Yukio.I'm really liking the translation so far.I have found a few bugs, however.When loading a game, the save slot doesn't give the player name or anything that can be used to identify the different stats on the save file.\Even though the first shop is translated, the menu that lets you buy rice balls is still showing up in Japanese.Edit: none of the shops are translated, even though they are in the dictionary file.perhaps a software update is needed?The item wherehouse; though translated; stil has some bugs.None of the items show their names, just their stats and descriptions.Even so, the item's stat and its description show up on different lines.This is a problem because it is impossible to withdrawl anything properly without getting an error message.I'm thinking about sending you a dictionary file for the tab menu that has the keyboard shortcuts referenced so players will eventualy learn t
 hem.Also, putting a period or cama after prompts like select a stage, select a level, title menu, will allow synths to pause a little before announceing the next thing like a menu item.This would make the translation have a little more polish.Can't wait for version 2!Speaking of whitch, might it be possible to import the levels from bk2 as well?This way, we could have that game fully translated.Aside from that, you could even add in a simplified stats system like in bk3.However, it should only have HP and defence, as anything more would brake the game.I'm not sure what the player's max level is in BK3, but it would most likely need to be capt at 99 for BK2.Also only 5 points per level, and they'd be distributed randomly among the two stats per level.The option to buy HP could still exist so players could still up their health stat whenever.This could help players mannage their stats early in the ga

Some friends whose primary language is Spanish have contributed to the translation of some of english game audio programmers and we had to wait a long time ... Some have helped us with translation files, others have left us sound files to make synthetic voices they even heard horrible and others simply have refused to receive translations as the late programmer Kitchen's Inc. Personally I feel great project Yukio although not directly to Spanish and would not miss the mood because there will always be critical of people who You want everything for free. Agreed. Moving on.I found a few typos, one of which is significant. For the minor one, stage 3: intruding the Building--building is spelled wrong.In the levels for stage 3, 3-2 says The Second Floor I think... I'm pretty certain it is lol.As for 3-3, it says 2-3.That is all I have for now. I'm sure there are a lot more, but for Yukio doing this mostly by himself with some help from at least one person that I know of, Nuno, this is pretty awesome for my five bucks.

Suggestion to Yukio: Translate all items and their descriptions first, collection last as those items aren't as useful as the rest of the items. Then shops, as most of them still lack translations, and those are quite important for game play, then finally, story, as that is probably where most of the effort will go, and the toughest part. We can totally play game without story, although puzzle portions would need translations for people to be able to solve them. What do you guys think?

And guys, you seem to be getting me wrong, very wrong. Seriously, if the game itself would be shareware, I wouldn't have complained about it that much. I would have just said "meh, just another shareware game" and have left it at that. But this seems unfare, because the game in the japanese language is free, while we have to pay to get the game in English. This is quite interesting, and again, unfare in my opinion. Well, motion n joy doesn't work on this comp so I can't use better ps3 or I would do that. But for anyone that it does work for get motion N joy, google it. Then install the drivers. After that run better ps3 and it should pick up the controller you have plugged in. Then their should be a controller config thing you can tab to that when you hit space it will open up a dropdown menu choose keyboard from the menu and you should be able to figure it out from their. Unfortunately for me though I can't get the drivers from motion n joy to install.

hello this is a very bad glitch. The second small peace of paper, the one with the code on it for 25 3 is broken. You get the description for the sonar when trying to find out the code so I don't know what combination I need to put the disks in. Also when you click on the entry for the mist thingy that makes all the mini demons run to the beach without you attacking them if you look at its detailed description... error 7!

Hi everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. Haven't been on here in a while things been crazy last few months, but when I seen this post had to jump in and post. Yukio  I have really  enjoyed  your games.  Being A   person who used to enjoy playing games like Mario, mega Man, sonic, and many others.  Playing such a high quality game like yours using a PlayStation three controller was the best experience,  and now that it's being translated I hope people who maybe were somewhat hesitant to try the game before would try it now, and realize what fun they were missing.   I will definitely be helping with the initial donation, and more As I'n able to. Again thank you very much for all your hard work...  Like someone else said Is good to see all the offers for helping  translate  but it is true that a smaller team would be best. Having some experience with translation I could attest to that.  You all take

I found a few bugs.When you buy something from a shop, the game still makes the buying sound even if you cancel out with escape.Also, if you check the shield menu from within the tab menu when you have no shields, the game shows a text box, then goes back into the game even though the menu is still open.Whenever you attempt to exit the menu and return to the game, it crashes.There is an option in the tab menyou between exit level and close menu that isn't labled.

To all who are suggesting that translation be made a public project, I woould speak against doing so... some translations are relatively easy, but remember that there are a lot of things that are not translatable or accurately translatable from google / without having a decent grasp of both English and Japanese and the nuances in both languages, if we want to make this translation as polished as possible. Having said that, that's only an opinion, and I, and Yukio probably is as well, am glad for all the support and positive willingness to help that I'm seeing. Just remember that in translation situations a smaller team is usually better than a big one, otherwise it might become like playing telephone with everyone having different translations or interpretations of a given text.
