Easiest to navigate to it in file explorer to the c:\users folder normally. Hi Ed, No, I would not have checked that box. I've set-up 5 or 6 different Windows 7 computers, & have yet to get that option. I just made some changes in, msconfig, & used the Jaws cursor to review the screen & since I've never unchecked that checkbox before, it should have been there but, it was not. Maybe this checkbox becomes unchecked when other settings changes are made but, you aren't notified aboutit. I'm not arguing that it doesn't exist, just saying I never unchecked it & I've never saw it. Take care. I don't know how to get it back other than to make a change in the start up page and restart the computer. The message has a check box for not showing the message again on regular start up. Perhaps you checked that and it's bowing to your wishes? Ok, try this first run msconfig that is m s c o n f i g I launch it by depressing the windows key then type into the search box. Go over to the start up tab.
