[MlMt] Mailmate et Inbox
Hi I use Inbox on my iPhone to my emails. I find this practice to see if a particular message is completed. When I put the message "done », MailMate on my computer is not going to get him. Do you know how I can synchronize the completed messages? Re: [MlMt] Really weird bug--mail sent from wrong account
I had that happen recently also. I am running 5260. Mine ended up stuck in drafts because the account it tried to send from is an in-only mailbox and not set up to send out. I had to move the message from that account's drafts folder to the drafts folder for the actual account that was supposed to send it. Then, it worked fine. The only odd thing about that message was that the window for it was opened via a website from a "contact us" type link. The message window "From: section" showed the correct outgoing account, but mailmate actually sent from another one. In fact, it sent it from the one that is first by alphabet. i.e.: it said From: b...@c.com, but was sent from a...@c.com. And here I thought I was crazy... -Helen On 21 Sep 2016, at 14:28, Kee Hinckley wrote: I sent the following message: ``` From: "Kee Hinckley" To: metadatasupp...@tivo.com Subject: The 16x9 Series Image for "Difficult People" does not include the title text Date: Tue, 20 Sep 2016 10:37:26 -0700 Message-ID: <225b4f26-6097-4da6-9abd-8fa7d813b...@tivo.com> MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/related; boundary="=_MailMate_AC3B2727-7876-41A9-A2F9-BAB06F89D205_=" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit X-Mailer: MailMate (2.0BETAr6056) ``` But it didn't go out via my TiVo account. Bingo! That's exactly it. I did click on a mailto to generate that message, and the account that it sent from is the first in my list (at least according to the Activity Monitor). The dangerous thing is that Google SMTP doesn't reject the message for being from an unknown account--it changes the headers. ___ mailmate mailing list mailmate@lists.freron.com https://lists.freron.com/listinfo/mailmate

MailMate will then generate a new message which is often, but not always, from the first account listed in my list of accounts. If I change the "From" address, it does NOT change the account through which it is sent. I am typically reminded of this when I get an error from Apple about how I'm not permitted to send from some other domain via my iCloud account and it rejects the message. [MlMt] GPG banner flicker in preview
Typically I leave the preview pane visible at the bottom of the compose window so I can see how things will look as I’m going along. I also use GPG, which works fine for signing, etc. The problem is that while typing the green bar for the “Trusted signature for OpenPGP message.” piece keeps flickering in and out as I type. Is there a way to either disable that piece without disabling preview completely, or is this just a general bug? It’s not a big deal, just visually annoying.
