Just two days ago, in my newsletter article The Coming

announced the demise of Big Pharma's attempt to shut
down the supplement industry. But little did I know
at the time that that day, Tuesday, April 5th, 2005,
would go down in the annals as a double-whammy of Big

Sit up straight. For, this story you are almost NOT

Hiya V,

I believe I am on the same list, as I've recently read about the usage

Because I know cataracts are caused by oxidation in the eye, and DMSO

Of course, anything effective is high on my to research list, so
coconut water will definitely be considered, as will this Miracle 11.

CSBogus Study - 'Particulate vs. Ionic Silver'

2005-04-14 Thread Info

I asked Mike for permission to post the following information...

As readers may recall (how could you forget) there was a recent discussion
on the list regarding the Natural Immunogenic study that claims to prove
that only ionic silver can kill pathogens.

Because we suspected there was something wrong with the design of the test
protocol we had a professional review performed by EMSL scientists.

The full text of the review is on the silver colloids web site here:
http://www.silver-colloids.com/Pubs/bad-studiy.html

Basically, the EMSL reviewer concluded that the study was bogus for several
reasons which are explained.

2005-04-14 Thread bbanever
Scientists Call on EPA to Reassess Health Risk of Widespread Chemical
Controversy over the human health impacts of low doses of endocrine disrupting
chemicals escalated to a new level yesterday with publication of an analysis in
Environmental Health Perspectives. In a follow-up teleconference with
journalists, Drs. Fred vom Saal and George Lucier called on the Environmental
Protection Agency to conduct a new risk assessment of the ubiquitous chemical
Bisphenol-A (BPA).

The new report, co-authored by Dr. vom Saal, a neurobiologist at the University
of Missouri, and Claude Hughes, a biologist at East Carolina University,
evaluated 115 scientific studies of the health impacts of BPA, a chemical used
in most plastic containers, food and beverage cans, dental sealants, plastic
baby toys and bottles, and other consumer products.

BPA leaches from these containers and into the food and drink they contain.
Water used in bathing and drinking is another source of exposure. Large
quantities of BPA leach into the soil under landfills, and hence into the water
supply.

The authors found that 94 of the studies showed harmful effects from BPA in
laboratory animals. They further found that of the 21 studies finding no health
effects, 11 were funded by industry.

The new study contrasts with a study completed in 2002 (but released in 2004)
by the Harvard Center for Risk Analysis, which concluded that the evidence for
low-dose effects is very weak. [1] The Center's study was funded by the
American Plastics Council.

The debate over BPA has become so intense that it has reached the California
state legislature, which is considering a ban on its use in all products for
children age three and under.

BPA is so widespread that it has been found in almost every American, and, for
that matter, most people in developed countries around the globe. The critical
health issue, said vom Saal, is that the level in humans is consistent with
the level in animal studies that find BPA causing harm. Dr. Lucier, former
director of the National Toxicology Program at the National Institute of
Environmental Health Sciences, added that findings in rats and mice were
extremely predictive for determining health effects in humans.

Studies have found that BPA mimics the female sex hormone estrogen, and can
interfere with such body processes as reproductive and brain functions. Babies
and infants are especially at risk since they are irreversibly damaged by BPA.
According to vom Saal, impacts can range from hyperactivity to increased
aggressiveness, learning disabilities, and altered sex behavior as adults. BPA
also decreases the male sex hormone testosterone. BPA, says vom Saal, is an
extremely potent sex hormone-like drug.

Pointing out that regulatory responsbility for BPA is the purview of many
federal agencies--EPA, the Food and Drug Administration, Consumer Product
Safety Commission and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, among
others--Drs. Lucier and vom Saal called for a new risk assessment coordinated
among all the involved agencies.

###

Dear Faith,
Since I had the blasted Lyme, the feeling in my feet has been
terrible.
Paresthesia, it is called.
It is not neuropathy, as I`m not diabetic, and when I had a nerve
conduction test run, where they stuck needles in my legs (ouchy!), it

was normal. But rubbing my feet, which once felt great, now is not, as
I
have patchwork sensations. Feels positively weird when my Pug licks my

foot, as I can always feel the pressure, but in some areas I sense no
warmth or wetness, but I can feel them in others right next to the numb

ones. It is horrible to accidently step on something, a sunflower seed

shell from the birds for example, as the pain sensations are hyper.
Also, my feet and ankles swell easily and turn purple, like when I`m

typing on this thing for example, or even when I sleep.( I wake up at
night and have to go to the bathroom, not to potty, just for someplace

Re: CSBogus Study - 'Particulate vs. Ionic Silver'

2005-04-14 Thread Marshall Dudley
What is meant by this sentence?

In this experiment, the final working concentration of 1.8 ppm is very close to
the upper limit of antibacterial activity.

Since when does silver have an upper limit of antibacterial activity?

Marshall

CSEnhancement of H202 to EIS and Update to Theory

2005-04-14 Thread Jodi
Hi everyone. There have been so many fascinating posts recently my head
is spinning. I hope I can interpret enough of it correctly to be able
to ask intelligent questions. Just ignore me if not. No luck with the
archives with all of this. Thank you in advance for taking time to give
any response. Here goes:

1. When a batch of EIS turns up pink, brown, or appears somehow
contaminated or cloudy, I've been told to play it safe and throw it
away. But,instead of throwing it out, can't I just add some h202 to
clear the color (which it always does) and then use it/consume it
without worry?

2. Once the h202 is added, if it isn't consumed within a certain time,
can anyone estimate how long it will be before it becomes ineffective or
less effective, if ever? I think I remember someone (Ode? Marshall?)
stating that h202 eventually turns silver ions or particles into silver
oxide (please correct me if that's wrong). Isn't silver oxide still
effective as a germicide? If silver oxide is less effective than ions
and particles, then, according to Marshall's experiment, can't we just
add more h202 before using it to revert it back? (There's smoke coming
out of my ears now.)

3. (And I've wondered about this one for some time.)

Does anyone know for sure if it is safe to add and consume the regular
store bought h202, rather than the food grade type? There are rumors
(I've put this question to the oral peroxide and hydrogen peroxide lists
before) that consuming the drug store variety is dangerous because it
supposedly has more chemicals and stabilizers in it. But, isn't it the
same across the board? It seems to me they would list that on the label
but they don't. All mine says is 3% hydrogen peroxide and Purified
Water. Marshall recently posted that most h202 has acetanilide, or
acetic acid amid. The MSDS on acetanilide says it is incompatible with
strong oxidizers. Adding a stabilizer, as I have read, prevents the
h202 from reacting to whatever it's contained in, and preserves its
oxygen content. But once the h202 comes into contact with a metal like
silver, or the catalase inside our bodies, won't the subsequent release
of oxygen at that point immediately neutralize, obliterate or overcome
the stabilizer?

With that in mind, can I get a second opinion on the following excerpt
taken from a report by the World Health Organization? Because it seems
to me that could be what it indicates (i.e. ...the excess is destroyed..).

http://www.inchem.org/documents/jecfa/jecmono/40abcj11.htm

When hydrogen peroxide is used as an agent to reduce the number
of bacteria in dairy products or other foodstuffs, the excess is
destroyed. Toxicological considerations, therefore, apply only
to the
possible interference with the nutritional value of treated
foodstuffs or the formation of toxic substances, but notto residual
hydrogen peroxide. It is well known that small amounts of
hydrogen
peroxide given orally produce notoxicological
effects, because of
the rapid decomposition by the catalase of the intestinal cells.

Sorry for such a long post, but I've been saving up! Thanks for being
there. Jodi

Put some silver wire into a glass with just enough H2O2 to cover it. Leave a
couple of days. Observe the silver oxide on the silver wire, and as the water
evaporates, the silver oxide precipitate on the bottom of the glass. Pour a
small amount of water into the glass and observe that this does not dissolve
immediately. Then pour out the water, and pour in H2O2 and observe that the
precipitate disappears immediately. Check the new solution with a laser and
verify that it has a weak tyndall, meaning that the silver oxide has become
silver particles. This is a very easy experiment to do.

I have done this experiment twice with identical results both times.

Re: CSphantom pains and their remolval - get lymph moving

2005-04-14 Thread Faith Saint Francis

On below message I would like to react:
That IS a lot of money, and the investment is avoidable.
The lymph system is set in the feet as well:
Press gently between the toes (facing the nails) until ye find a faint
sensation of pain (the more severe your state, the angrier the pain .. all
possible to set back in balance). Then press gently for three seconds, stop
and press again for three seconds. Do this three times. NEVER go beyond the
pain, but ye should feel the pain, to get the reaction of repair going.
So there are four spaces between the toes on each foot. Then: On both sides
of the ankle in front of the bone there are areas, on which you apply the
same pressure (one after the other). Do three seconds, then rest and do
three seconds again. Repeat this three times.

Give the body a one day's rest, and then apply the same method.
You'll be stunned at the results, and it is costless, moreover it reveals to
you what self-repair the body is capable of.

Marshalee,

There are two amazingly effective devices that will absolutely get the
lymph moving, and according to about a zillion reports, cure all kinds of
ailments.
They are a rebounder and/or a Chi Machine. A quality rebounder would cost
in the neighborhood of $200, the junk at Walmart et al should not be
considered. A Chi Machine runs in excess of $400. Yes, I just heard you
yell ouch! My reaction also.
I have the rebounder which I got about 15 years ago and it's worth every
cent. If it fell apart on me I would beg, borrow, or steal to get another.
I had a cheap Chi Machine which died a few days after the warranty expired,
so I'm getting along without it, but I sure did like what it did for me.

If you're interested, I'd suggest a google search. You will get 100s of
hits for either device.

May you get well!

Sharon

Dear Faith,
Since I had the blasted Lyme, the feeling in my feet has been terrible.
Paresthesia, it is called.
It is not neuropathy, as I`m not diabetic, and when I had a nerve
conduction test run, where they stuck needles in my legs (ouchy!), it was
normal. But rubbing my feet, which once felt great, now is not, as I have
patchwork sensations. Feels positively weird when my Pug licks my foot, as
I can always feel the pressure, but in some areas I sense no warmth or
wetness, but I can feel them in others right next to the numb ones. It is
horrible to accidently step on something, a sunflower seed shell from the
birds for example, as the pain sensations are hyper.
Also, my feet and ankles swell easily and turn purple, like when I`m
typing on this thing for example, or even when I sleep.( I wake up at
night and have to go to the bathroom, not to potty, just for someplace to
go to get my feet working again!) SOOO annoying! I was told my blood flow
is normal, but it is the lymph that is so backed up. I hope swimming daily
will help, once I have my Trust to pay for the pool membership.

My dear dog has a ripe cataract and I'm desperately trying to find a way to
regain her sight. Pl
My dog was also one eyed, cataract covered her pupil. I bought regular
linseed oil a gallon at Home Base (a hardware store) in their paint section and
filled a 1 ounce bottle with an eye dropper. Every day she got one drop in her
eye
for at least two months. Her eyelids became crusty and I just stopped
treating her. I was astonished to see the cataract shrank to a pin point and
after
several more weeks totally was gone. After seeing this I also used linseed oil
(Flaxseed oil) in my eyes. DR said I had a bunch of small cataracts growing in
both eyes. I had a yearly check up about 5 weeks later and DR said NO
CATARACTS. Since then about 5 years ago the cataracts are coming back in my
eyes, I
now make my own CS so I use CS + 10% DMSO in my eye wash cup, cataracts are
still there but not growing.

When I treated my dog I did not even refrigerate the linseed oil. I found
that it goes rancid later so when I treated myself I kept the bottle
refrigerated. I guess that our garage was cold enough when I treated my dog to
act like a
refrigerator.

Sorry, but I can`t give credit to that charlatan.
I read his stuff long ago, did you ever notice how nonsensical it often is?

Edgar Cayce recommended massaging the body with a mixture of Olive Oil,
Castor Oil, and Peanut Oil starting from the extremities and going
towards the heart. The massage should be done after a warm/hot bath.
About once a week...

My dear dog has a ripe cataract and I'm desperately trying to find a way
to

regain her sight. Pl
My dog was also one eyed, cataract covered her pupil. I bought regular
linseed oil a gallon at Home Base (a hardware store) in their paint section
and
filled a 1 ounce bottle with an eye dropper. Every day she got one drop in
her eye

for at least two months. Her eyelids became crusty and I just stopped
treating her. I was astonished to see the cataract shrank to a pin point
and after
several more weeks totally was gone. After seeing this I also used linseed
oil
(Flaxseed oil) in my eyes. DR said I had a bunch of small cataracts growing
in

I guess that our garage was cold enough when I treated my dog
to act like a

refrigerator.
