Uh - solved.
The reason is that some files are suppressed by selecting "do not show
lossy duplicates".
Annoying.

I have quite a strange playlist problem.
Some playlists display with all entries in the left hand window (where
you can select files).
However when I make LMS play these lists, some entries are missing in
LMS's playlist window and will not play.
This is despite the fact that the missing entries have the same
reference structure as the entries that are not missing.
Also when I select these files alone they are displayed and played
without problem. It is the same file type all over (ie mp3s).
The problem persists in the way that always the same files go missing.
My playlists are .m3u-files referencing files starting with "../"

Yeah I have the latest Squeezelite working so maybe wont bother R2.
In playing around I came over the Igur EQ plugin which meets most of my
needs in terms of Equalizer. Just need to play with it and see.

Note that R2 is based on a very old version of squeezelite and therefore
is missing many enhancements and bug fixes.

Thanks. His website linked to another site explaining how to compile the
Squeezelite-R2. I tried that with make command after installing the
dependencies. Keep getting the following error "Makefile:82: recipe for
target 'flac.o' failed". Can't find any solution to this error while
searching online.
Does anyone have the squeezelite-R2 binary which I can directly copy
into the /usr/bin/ location without going through the install process.
Thanks again

Thank you the tips. I did manage to copy the compiled version of the

I tried compiling the R2 version from the source but got all sorts of

Where should I add the -W command - is that in a config file- please let

You should be able to use one of the squeezelite builds at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/lmsclients/files/squeezelite/

The main difference between R2 and these builds that you need to add the
-W command line parameter to enable the wave file header parsing.

Almost forgot one more thing:

Most DFF files play OK (besides not being at 48kHz), but some are not,
player just jumps through album tracks to the end of album. The same
tracks steam OK through picorePlayer to my other USB DAC. Might be again
DSDPlayer issue, assuming it takes priority to c-3PO.

Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] C-3PO plugin, a trnscoding helper.

2021-06-15 Thread BiBer3

Hi,

may be somebody here will be so nice to help me to solve some of my
transcoding troubles with c-3po.

What I am trying to accomplish is to resample everything to 48kHz for
particular player in my setup. The player in question is the old
Squeezebox v3. The reason for this resampling is that i want to drive my
miniDSP DDRC-24 (DRC Dirac / DAC box) at 48kHz because it's internal
ASRC is not very good, so it is recommended to run it at its internal
sampling rate of 48kHz. (Details:
https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/measurements-of-minidsp-2x4hd.2459/page-2).

I already had DSDPlayer setup and working before adding c-3po, as I do
have some DSD64 as DSF and DFF files.

So setup c-3po, activated it only for the squeezebox driving miniDSP,
configured it as shown in attached screen shots and it seems to work,
but with a couple of issues.

349933499434995

1. No scrolling possible when playing FLAC. When I try to scroll the
player jumps to next track. Otherwise the output is at 48kHz, as i want
it

2. DSD is converted down to 44,1kHz, not 48kHz, but scrolling works. Is
this because DSD is routed through DSD Player and not c-3PO? And if this
is the case, can I disable DSDPlayer just for this one squeezebox (I
know, might be a wrong thread to ask)?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Cheers
Daniel

Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] C-3PO plugin, a trnscoding helper.

2021-05-14 Thread cfuttrup

Hi,

Today I decided to enable the C-3PO transcoder. The plan is to have my
(original) Squeezebox Touch (with AKM 4420 DAC) receive an upsampled
signal. I'd like to try the 'intermediate' filter.

The problem is that when I play music, only white noise comes out. I see
it was discussed a few pages back:
https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?105309-C-3PO-plugin-a-trnscoding-helper/page21

In LMS Settings, second page = 'Player' - I can choose my Squeezebox
Touch and then the C-3PO Transcoding Helper page.
Here I read 'Player is not squeezelite' ... of course, this is not a
piCorePlayer.

Right now it's playing, because I have specified 44.1 kHz and 16 bit
only, but that means I have no upsampling of the CD source material. The
Touch-DAC supports up to 24 bit and 96kHz (AFAIK). I think I have EDO
installed on the Touch, but AFAIK that's for digital output only.

Is there anywhere I can read what settings should work with the Touch,
and provide the desired upsampling (and ca. 3 dB attenuation to allow
for intersample overs) ?

Best regards,
Claus

I installed LMS on a faster PC. I have set the output to DSD64. When I
play DSD, everything is fine now and the sound is without ticks. When I
play flac and try to convert to DSD, the conversion does not work. The
setting is like you have shown.

Here is the last command:
"C:\PROGRA~2\SQUEEZ~1\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\flac.exe" -dcs
--totally-silent -- - |
"C:\PROGRA~2\SQUEEZ~1\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\sox.exe" -q -t
wav - -t dsf -b 1 --buffer 116736 --multi-threaded - gain -h sdm

It seems that the file name of the flac file is missing.

Dou you have any idea?

Dear Marco,
thanks a lot for the settings. It works for PCM. For DSD I get sound but
with ticks. The C-3PO plug-in sends DSD64. I do not know whether this is
converted to DOP64 by squeezelite R2 using -D dop. I have to convert to
dop because the dac is connected to an RPI via I2S and as far as I know
this only works with dop. Maybe that the power of my PC is too low so
that the sound is disturbed.

Is not the Plugin that does not starts, is the transcoder, a program
used to understand in advance the rate of the incoming stream and decide
what rate to use in output accordingly with settings.

This is caused by audioscan new versions, or better, by me not handling
it in the correct way. I know, I'll correct it asap.

BUT if you select just one rate for PCM and DSD the transcoder program
is NEVER used, sox, flac,... are used instead as usual.

please be sure to set C-3PO like that:

33356

and it should work

Dear Marco,
thanks for the quick reply. Here is the scan of the settings. The C-3PO
plugin does not seem to start according to the debug log which I posted
earlier. The fields in the "last command" page are empty.
LMS Audioscan version is 1.02. I tried with several different PCs
(always LMS 8.1.1), the C-3PO plugin never worked.

33255
thanks, best regards

This is a specific problem in Windows due to the Audioscan Version, as
a turnaround, it should be fixed by selecting just on sample rate in
output (both PCM and DSD), like i showed in the previous post.

If not, could you please post an hard copy of your C-3PO settings page?

I think is going to work, but you MUST choose FLAC as the output format,
only Squeezelite with R2 patch could get the sample rate from the header
of the wave stream.

the R2 patch is needed, but now is integrated into all the squeezelite
versions I'm aware of.

In Daphile it works out of the box, in the Pcp version (the one from
Ralphy) needs to be activated adding -W to the command line.

C-3PO will still prompt you with a warning message saying that your
version is non an R2 version, but is just a warning.

Errors you have in the log are not related to C-3PO.

"Unable to run C-3PO transcoder see server log." is related to a bug
related to the PERL version, you could ignore it but BE SURE to manually
select ONE and ONLY ONE Output sample rate both for DSD and PCM.
32004

Then it should work.

The message about squeezelite is just a warning, is not an R2 version,
so you need to be sure it could handle upsampled PCM streams in input
(-W switch enable on command line if using the pcp one).

If the stream in output is FLAC it should work, it will not it WAV/AIFF
due to the feature (sure is not a bug!) in the SB firmware solved by
squeezelite.R2 and now in any squeezelite version.

Its a long thread so after a few pages decided its faster to ask the
question.

Am I right in assuming/inferring that C-3PO wont work with a
Transporter, only squeezlite, even if I use C-3PO to direct upsampled
FLAC (44k->96k) to a Transporter?

I would have thought that as the PCM inside the FLAC stream was sent at
24/96 that the Transporter would use the FLAC headers as the correct
version of the truth rather than the metadata from LMS.

Thanks,

Peter

To my ears and in my system, both Roon and Audirvana sound signicantly
better that way. Never tried it with LMS, but I prefer its interface to
those two, so want to see if it can be made to sound as good as they do.
If it can, I probably would switch most of my listening back to it.

Just for fun, I installed C-3po in LMS 7.9.2 on my Synology DS-218+ NAS
just to see if it would run. (I didn’t intend to use it, as that NAS
doesn’t have enough cpu power to transcode to DSD.). I did not get the

Squeezelite on Rendu is 1.9.6.1196. I suspect that Squeezelite is a
secondary issue, however, as the initial failure to run occurs even
before a player is linked to LMS.

And now I have this additional error message: "Squeezelite version is
non R2, assuming is compliant. See players."

My player is a Sonore Signature Rendu SE, which always has run both LMS,
generally, and DSD, specifically, without incident before.

I haven't used LMS for awhile because I was able to upsample to DSD256
on my Windows 10 computer with other software. I read today that 3-cpo
allows LMS to do that, so I reinstalled LMS and tried to enable the
plug-in. Everything else in the installation seems to have gone well,
but, when I tried to configure 3-cpo in Advanced Settings, I found this
error message: "Unable to run C-3PO transcoder see server log." I
looked at the log and have no idea how to decipher it. Here's a snip of
it:

Any ideas about a fix? Thanks for your help.

Not a direct response to your main question, but FYI, the "-f" option
sets rolloff to "allow none" (as opposed to "allow small"). The "use
high-precision clock" option is "-t".

SoX's documentation lags far behind current development. I haven't been
able to find the latest syntax for "rate" anywhere else on the web, so
here it is (as I understand it from examining the code):

rate [] []

The quality-level options are as follows:

-q = quick
-l = low
-m = medium
-g = medium-high
-h = high
-e = extra-high
-v = very high
-u = ultra

These quality levels set the resampler parameters to:

filter phase = linear (50%)
anti-aliasing bandwidth percentage = 100 (no aliasing above the audio
passband)

quality
level
0dbB
bandwidth
-3dB

The override-options parameters, if provided, will override the values
in the above table. In the list below, options on the same line are
mutually exclusive. For example, you can use -s, or -b , or -B ,
or none of those three, but you cannot use any combination of -s, -b,
and -B. Also, some options limit others. For example, bit depth and
noise rejection are related: You cannot specify a low bit depth with
high noise rejection.

-Q <0 .. 7> = numeric quality levels that correspond to
q|l|m|g|h|e|v|u
-M, -I, -L, -p <0 .. 100> = filter phase: Minimum (0%), Intermediate
(25%), Linear (50%), specified
-a, A <85 .. 100> = allow aliasing above the 3dB audio passband, above a
specified bandwidth percentage
-s, -b <74 .. 99.7>, -B <53 .. 99.5> = audio passband percentage: -3dB
99% (steep filter), -3dB specified, 0dB specified
-R <90 .. 200> = noise rejection dB
-d <15 .. 33> = bit depth
-f = no passband rolloff allowed

The following override-options parameters are also supported, but they
merely change the internal implementation of certain aspects of the
resampler. They are for software testing and development and are not
intended to have any effect on the sound:

-t = use high-precision clock (i.e., increase irrational ratio
accuracy)
-i <-1 .. 2> = force a particular coefficient interpolator
-c <100 .. INT_MAX> = maximum number of bytes used for coefficients
-n: no small integer optimization

Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] C-3PO plugin, a trnscoding helper.

2020-06-28 Thread Simonef

I'd like to report a bug:
When using (I guess) the option "use hi precision clock" SoX gives an
error of "Invalid syntax of RATE command".
As an example with this command " [sox] -q -t flac - -t flac -b 24
—buffer 65536 —multi-threaded - gain -h rate -v -M -t -b 95 -f 352800
-D" the problem is the "-f" which i guess is related to "hi precision
clock", this option is not documented on sox documentation, removing it
will remove the syntax error too.

Second problem that I have is that while using pcm->dsd conversion works
flawlessy (adding fir convolution too); I really can't let pcm
upsampling work.

The options I use are:

TRANSCODER SETTINGS:
Enable seek: disable for everything.
Enable stdin: enabled for everything
Convert, resample, Addictional effets : enabled for everything
Automatic headroom: yes

CONVERT
Output format: wav

RESAMPLE:
Only max sample rate selected, i want a fixed upsample to the max sample
rate, all other sr are disabled.
DSD: unselected
Target sample rate: closest supported
Quality: very high
Phase: intermediate
All the other options untouched

ADDITIONAL EFFECTS: untouched

SPECIAL CASES: untouched

The resulting string is like this:

Code:

 [flac] -dcs --totally-silent $START$ $END$ -- $FILE$ | [sox] -q -t wav -
-t wav -b 16 --buffer 8192 - gain -h rate -q -M -b 90.7 96000 -D

Yes, the message states that C-3PO converter (that's the executable)
won't run (maybe is not the clearest way to state it, any suggestion is
appreciated), using only one output rate is the way to avoid it.

To me both Wav and FLAC works fine, that's quite strange.

I did fresh installations on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 and had the
same problem on both. Now with the settings below it seems to play fine
(it didn't seem to like pcm but when using uncompressed flac as output
format and only one sample rate selected it is playing fine ), however
the message is still there "Unable to run C-3PO transcoder, see server
log" and still getting the error during the startup. This is why I
assumed the plugin was not actually enabled and doing anything.
If the last executed command looks fine, does it mean I can safely
ignore these errors and all is working fine even if it shows an error?

I just did a fresh installation to a brand new Win10 and it works to me
with only one sample rate.

What do you mean with "the plugin still remains disabled"?

Could you please post your settings and the last executed command?

Hi Marco,

Thanks for the update. I have tried enabling one single output sample
rate for the player but the plugin still remains disabled with the same
error in the log during startup and the player will not play
anything...

Are you sure this is related with the player sample rate because I get
the same error during server startup even when there is no player
connected to the server at all...? so this seems to be independent of
any player settings...

In the meantime I've been running the plugin with the hack described
above and it's been running perfectly fine for me, I haven't encountered
any issues even if the exe test is overridden

Hello and thanks to you all, i'm fine, just being too busy becouse the
COVID emergency, no time left for hobbies. Hope is going to better now.

BTW "Unable to run C-3PO transcoder see server log." as someone of you
have already pointe don't is caused by either Audio/Scan.pm o r the
executable it uses bein g not where C-3PO is looking for it.

I already faced this problem with newer versions of PERL user by some
Linux distros, I'll check it out.

in the meanwhile, the workaround Is to enable ONE and ONLY ONE output
sample rate, this way:

30659

Other messages:

StdIn (es. Qobuz) enabled, will resample at the max allowed sample
rate.
Player is not Squeezelite, assuming is compliant.

are just warnings, the first is because a 'feature' (to me is a bug,
but...) in transcodingHelper in LMS that prevent 'navigate' the stream
when coming from STDIN, the other is because your client is not
recognized as being Squeezelite-R2, so you have to check -W is enabled
in command line (if using Ralphy version) or whatever else in other
versions (nothing is necessary using Daphile, it already enables R2
mods).

I'll have a look at the plugin ASAP, please forgive me if it will not be
in hours.

IN C-3PO you have gain, that is linear like the one in squeezelite and
Loudness.

Loudness is not linear, it applies the Isophonic curve:

30657

The rationale is:

1. select the SPL where you 'perceive' your speakers as 'linear' (i.e.
60phon).
2. apply a gain variation i.e. -20db

the resulting level is not a 'plain' reduction of 20db at all the
frequencies, but some frequencies are reduced more than other,
resulting in loudness, that is meant to 'preserve' the same perception
(or EQ) you have when listening at 60db.

In that example, at 60phon 200Hz are at 60db as 1000Hz are, but at
40phon (resulting from the attenuation of 20phon) they are 'louder',
more or less 42db. The opposite for 500Hz, that is a bit 'louder' at
60phon than at 40.

Posing the reference at 60, 40 or 80phon is arbitrary, you could select
any of them, the result will change a little, being the differences form
100 and 80 different from the ones between 60 and 40, but, usually, an
attenuation is resulting in more 'loud' where a positive gain will
result in a flatter line.

SOX has a caveat with loudness: the 'balance' of the two channels it
often changes a bit, so you'll have to compensate using per channel
volume controls.

Loudness is not my 'preferred' way to EQ, the one I prefer is 'shelving
EQ' (Treble and Bass command) that works like the good old' tone
controls' in amplifiers, just remember to always use attenuation.

I.e.

Treble -3 160 results in a moderate boost of bass.

Treble -2 160 Treble -2 630 Treble +2 1 is a very little loudness

Please note that the +2 is after two consecutive -2, so the resulting
absolute correction at 10.000Hz and over is -2.

Never be able to understand if the gain value is expressed in db or
what. To me is smaller than db, but never measured.

here some details: http://sox.sourceforge.net/sox.html
about isophonic curves:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equal-loudness_contour

Hi sorry to not being responsive in those days, but too bad I miss time

BTW

the exe file is the same as the executable C-3PO.PL in linux. Is
involved when you select more than one possible output sample rate
depending on input.

Obviously is supposed to work..., if not, my fault. I'll have a look.

I didn't do anything, this is how it came out of the box. But I only
have FLAC files in my collection so I didn't test it with any other

Post a screen shot of your WebUI Settings/Advanced/Filetypes so we can
see what you current system looks like ?

IIRC C3PO does not add any more file formats than is available in LMS -
it just adds a little more flexibility in the application of
transcoding.

Yes. In the meantime, the only advice the OP could try is to remove all
3rd party plugins and make srue the error goes away and then just
install C3PO - if error comes back then error is defitnitely associated
with C3PO

The "PAR" module is a way of packaging plugins which can cause problems
- I'm not sure of C3PO used it.

All modules use it when scanning the headers of an audio stream or file.
Some use it implicitly (I.e called as part of LMS Scan remote header of
a HTTP radio stream) or like PlayHLS with own scanner as audio stream
may have tags etc.

It is not just Scan.pm it is also Scan.so. With LMS for Windows they are
built in and can't be changed - they'll work or not.

IIRC Michael had a big discussion recently (?) where someone had
multiple copies of Scan.pm on the Perl paths and seemed to cause similar

I am having exactly the same issue on 7.9.2. Just did a complete removal

Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] C-3PO plugin, a trnscoding helper.

2020-05-19 Thread Gobuleberbu

I hope Marco is well...

What I’d like for c-3po is a way to use all kind of media supported by
lms, so that the sound level and the sonic signatures stay the same when
listening to a playlist. I understand that not all media deserve to be
upsampled, but the way it integrates Sox could allow its plugin to alter
the sound.

Marco lives a fair way towards the North in Italy (he says in his
signature that he lives in Albinea). As I am sure everyone knows,
things have been very tough there.

I just hope he is well. marcoc1712 - keep well and safe!

As I understand it, very little that his plugin does can't be done by
modifying custom-convert.conf files oneself. This may be a time for
many of us to find out (or try to remember in my case) how to do this.

Meanwhile for amatala, maybe trying going back to LMS 7.9.2? One line
says it can't find "Audio.scan/pm" which looks serious to me. Maybe
something not right in the Windows 10 LMS installation?

2020-04-03 Thread amatala

Hi,

I am having the same problem on a fresh installation of LMS 7.9.3 on
Windows 10.

The C-3PO plugin settings page is showing:

Unable to run C-3PO transcoder see server log.
StdIn (es. Qobuz) enabled, will resample at the max allowed sample
rate.
Player is not Squeezelite, assuming is compliant.

And this is what I have in the server.log when enabling debugging:

Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] C-3PO plugin, a trnscoding helper.

2020-03-20 Thread steveleen

Hi Marco,
I use a Squeezebox Touch with EDO. I have listened for many months using
your wonderful transcoding plugin. Thank you.

However, something has happened and it is no longer loading properly.
This error message pops up very quickly in a temporary window as LMS is
loading:

Use of uninitialized value in do “file” at C:/Perl/site/lib/PAR.pm line
636

The C-3PO page in LMS settings says:

Unable to run C-3PO transcoder see server log.
StdIn (es. Qobuz) enabled, will resample at the max allowed sample
rate.
Player is not Squeezelite, assuming is compliant.

A server log does not exist at the indicated location.

I cannot recall having changed anything on my LMS computer other than
the standard Windows 10 updates.

Can you provide any tips on solving this?

Thanks, Steve

I have been experiencing the same bug, although it was with the bruteFIR
plugin. Setting sound attenuation resulted in an increase in loudness.
It seems like a small bug [emoji218]

I managed to enable attenuation through the squeezelite setting
directly.

Hi Marco,
Not sure you remember me but I just wanted to send my deep appreciation
of the improvements you brought into the C-3CPO. I can now add all my
equalizer settings in one go (the text size is significantly longer) -
thanks for that. It definitely helps a lot.
Also, many small changes make your plugin a fantastic sound adjuster
with a lot of flexibility.
Wanted to ask you:
1. When I set the loudness gain higher or lower than zero, the volume is
higher. Is this normal? (I have set it at zero as I am using the
equalizer and the volume attenuation is at 6).
2. Have you ever managed to work with OSS drivers through squeezebox
(with Alsa to OSS emulation)?
I have a Vortexbox and installed Daphile which sounds best for me using
the LMS player. I just don't know how to get the OSS driver installed
(found the driver in Gentoo resources which is Daphile's OS).
Thanks

Soundflower (2ch) line is removed as Marco suggested in a previous post
...
-o line is not removed (when I removed it SL didn't start)

So with S.flower(2.ch) line removed, the -o line NOT removed changing
output in Mac settings doesn't get recognized from S.lite. Unloading and
reloading SL after the output setting of course!

Maybe I should first unload squeezelite then change output in mac
settings and after that reload squeezelite?

Thank you!!

Did you also remove Soundflower (2ch) line? If not, that's likely why
sl won't start now. Without these two lines squeezelite will use the
device you have selected for output.

But if you change the default device in the Volume chooser you'll need
to restart SL before the newly selected device will have sound from SL.

Please can you tel me how I set a default device in SL with the -o

Changing general or even player settings on C-3PO (server-side) does not
affect in any way squeezelite settings on the client, why do you need to
restart it?

Note that squeezelite does not recognize changes to the Output device
you choose in MacOS, it sends output to the current default device when
it starts, if the -o option is omitted, otherwise sound will always be
sent to the device listed in the plist -o option.

# Stop squeezelite
sudo launchctl unload -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/squeezelite.plist

# Start squeezelite
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/squeezelite.plist

So, if you remove the 2 lines for -o in the plist, squeezelite will
start using the current default output device selected in the os. If
you change it, you need to restart squeezelite.

If you are resampling with C-3PO on the server you MUST add -W to the
command line of squeezelite, othervise it will non work.

/Applications/Squeezelite.app/Contents/MacOS/Squeezelite
-o
Soundflower (2ch)
-a
100:0
-f
/var/log/Squeezelite.log
-n
MyMacSqeezelite
-W

Be aware of the name /MyMacSqeezelite is probably invalid, change it in
MyMacSqeezelite or similar but without special characters in it.
You could use the number of the card instead of the name, i.e assuming
Soundflower (2ch) is the first f the list:

-o
1

The message in the log is strange, if you get white noise you opened the
sound card...

-N and the filename is preferred.
Store player name in filename to allow server defined name changes to be
shared between servers (not supported with -n)

Use :0 or 100:0

If you use 100:0 you are less likely to have pops or dropouts in the
audio.

If squeezelite doesn't start on boot take a look at the log file
/var/log/squeezelite.log

Most likely cause is the options defined in the plist are incorrect.

did you tried squeezelite -?

it show you all the switches you could use in command line, something
like this, BUT for macOs and squeezelite.

Code:

  Usage: squeezelite-R2 [options]
-s [:] Connect to specified server, otherwise uses

  -xDisable downsampling requests to LMS
-a Specify Portaudio params to open output device, l =

-a Specify sample format (16|24|32) of output file when
using -o - to output samples to stdout (interleaved little endian only)
-b : Specify internal Stream and Output buffer sizes in
Kbytes
-c , Restrict codecs to those specified, otherwise load all
available codecs; known codecs: flac,pcm,mp3,ogg,aac,dsd (mad, mpg for specific

-C Close output device when idle after timeout seconds,
default is to keep it open while player is 'on'
-d = Set logging level, logs:

  -f Write debug to logfile
-m Set mac address, format: ab:cd:ef:12:34:56
-M Set the squeezelite player model name sent to the

Oh!!!
I though I should use :0 instead of :100
Thank you!

Why is that about the name?
In my setup it's -n not -N does this matter?
All this : "/var/log/squeezelite.name" must be replaced with my name?

I could not see the squeezelite help on mac, but if I well understand
the Ralphy suggetsions, you should try this:

...
 -o
 Soundfolower (2ch)
 -a
 100:0
 -f
 /var/log/squeezelite.log
 -N
 /var/log/squeezelite.name
...

You misser the 100 in 100:0 line (don't even know what t means).

And if I were you, I'll use

 -n
 yourNameHere

instead of

 -N
 /var/log/squeezelite.name

If yes I must do it again with sudo nano .. as marco suggested to see if

You have inserted options in the middle of others.

-o should be on the line before soundflower
remove the first -a and append :0 to the 100 after the 2nd -a line.

Each line in the section can be thought of as a space on the command
line.
