Diky za info. 

  Rozhodne ale automaticke opravy nesmi meni uhly budov. To je pak chyba v 
JOSM. Vypada to ze to bude ono. Ani jsem si toho nevsiml.
Uz jsem to reportoval na JOSM. Rozhodne tato kontrola nesmi automaticky 
fixovana. Dava nestabilni vysledky. A po stisku tlacitka FIX stale zustavaji 
budovy s "Building with almost square angle"

A co to bylo za chyby? "Building almost square"? Pokud ano, tak jsi
zapomněl, že v tomto případě se upraví poloha některých uzlů, takže u
2000 budov je to minimum 2000 uzlů, ale většinou to bude více než jeden
upravený uzel na budovu. Záleží jak moc komplikovaná ta geometrie je.

Až to dokončíš, tak mrkni na achavi, co všechno a kam se posunulo.

2000 validacnich chyb. JOSM vygeneroval vice nez 10 000 zmen. A prave je 
commituje kazdou zvlast.
Asi neumim pocitat ale cekal bych horni limit zmenenych entit nekde kolem 2000 
+ 100.

Osobne jsem pro ban na Ceskou republiku. 

Jedina alternativa je ze vsechny jeho changesety musi projit review. A nejsem 
si jisty ze se najde dostatek "zdatnych osetrovatelu" pri jeho radioaktivite. 
Osobne vidim nejvetsi problem v jeho neomylnosti a nemoznosti se poucit z 
doporuceni ostatnich a dodrzovani pravidel.

Tak mám odpověď z DWG. Máme v podstatě dvě možnosti, co s ním, níže dávám 
doslovný překlad: 
1. zakázat mu editace v Čechách. Je to považováno za nestandardní, ale pokud se 
to bude muset udělat, udělá se to tak. 

nebo 

2. fell3 bude muset při každé editaci v Čechách zadat zkontrolovatelný zdroj. 
Tedy, pokud přidá barrier=hedge, musí být jako zdroj uveden letecký snímek, ze 
kterého se to dá jednoznačně rozeznat. "Záznamy přátel" nejsou povolené. Mimo 
to se musí držet českých editačních zvyklostí a účastnit se diskuse buďto česky 
nebo anglicky). 

Tedy pro místní diskusi: 
Co s ním provedeme? Budeme věřit, že ho ta druhá možnost umravní?

Siehe https://github.com/drolbr/Overpass-API/issues/480 : in der
Overpass QL Doku waren die Semikolons schon immer drin, sie wurden
allerdings vom Server bisher nicht ganz so streng kontrolliert. Das hat
sich mit dem neuen Release vor ein paar Tagen allerdings geändert.

Ich hatte heute das gleiche Problem. Bisher wurde das hier akzeptiert:

seit 3-7 Tage bekam ich einen Fehler 400 zurück. Lösung war
ein zusätzlicher ";" hinter "col"] und vor der Klammer

Hallo,

auf der TüBus-Karte [1] funktioniert seit kurzem -- obwohl der Code 
nicht geändert wurde -- die Overpass-Abfrage nicht mehr. Der Request 
wird mit Status 400 beantwortet.


Weiß jemand, was sich geändert hat und was ich ändern müsste, damit die 
Abfrage wieder funktioniert?

Und um etwas Konstruktives auch beizutragen: die Antworten im Forum
erscheinen mir (egal wer sie geposted hat, ich hab tlw. die Namen gar
nicht gelesen) durchaus durchdacht. OSM sollte *im Zweifel*
lizenztechnisch immer auf der sicheren Seiten sein.

Das mag stellenweise frustrierend sein, weil es ja viel schneller gehen
könnte, wenn man nur großflächig importiert. Aber die weißen Flecken die
erst mühsam mit GPS Traces und Ortskenntnis gefüllt werden mussten waren
auch kein Problem früher, so wie es veraltete Daten derzeit sind. Ein
Problem mit Lizenzen (oder auch nur das Image als Lizenzverletzer) wären
für OSM schädlicher als der mögliche Gewinn durch die aktualisierten Daten.

Ganz unabhängig von OSM und wer wo, wieviel, aus welchem Grund editiert
ein ganz allgemeiner Tipp: Wenn man das Gefühl hat, dass die ganze Welt
aus Geisterfahrern besteht, dann sollte man ev. kurz innehalten und
zumindest überlegen ob man nicht doch vielleicht selbst gerade in die
falsche Richtung fährt.

You can use libosmscout (http://libosmscout.sourceforge.net/), which is 
a C++ framework/library for writing application using rendering, 
location lookup, routing, which should allow you to do most of the above.


Challenge: C++ under Android can be tricky, if you not use Qt (which is 
supported) and it is a framework, so you have to write your own 
application based on the libosmscout APIs around it.

OSMand certainly supports cyclists in routing.  OSM can hold the
information you are after.

I'd have a look at what is there first.  If it isn't then there are quite a
few people who might be interested so I wonder if it could be incorporated
in some way.

That is American English usage, highways have been around a lot longer
than motor vehicles or even America. 

In British English a highway is a route that the public have a right to
use. In England and Wales a public footpath or public bridleway are
legally public highways so the assumption that a highway implies motor
vehicles in English is incorrect.

Enhorabuena por la autorización. La puedes subir al wiki, mira por ejemplo:

Tuve el mismo problema al ejecutar catatom2osm, por tener el sistema en
inglés. La solución:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales

y selecciona "es_ES.UTF-8 UTF-8" como predeterminada. Posiblemente
tengas que cerrar sesión y volver a entrar.

Sobre el fichero address.geojson, ¿qué comando estás usando? He probado
con un pueblo pequeño y me lo genera:

catatom2osm 28050

With a number of other closures around here, premisses are remaining 
empty for a LONG time, and with no one taking over the buildings remain 
as they were, just not open. If I am using the map to navigate, and the 
place I want is 'around the back of X' then the building X is what I am 
looking for. UNTIL the building identity changes to some new use it 
should be mapped as it appears. If the signage is taken down then rather 
than 'shop-closed-ToyRUs' it should change to 'shop-closed' but I don't 
see much movement on signage being taken down on other closed 
businesses? So we maintain the accurate mapping ... and map what is seen.

utilizar los datos de la "IDE Menorca" en la que se detallan los nombres 
de las calles y caminos de Menorca. Estos datos se actualizan anualmente 
con información directa de los ayuntamientos. 
(http://ide.cime.es/visoride/) ¿Qué tengo que hacer con los ducumentos 
de la autorización?


El nuevo sistema para visualizar las fotografias del catastro es muy 
práctico. Gracias.


Actualicé el CatAtom2Osm a la versión 1.1.4  y no puedo ejecutarlo, me 
da un error: 'locale.Error: unsupported locale setting'. por otra parte 
al usar una versión anterior que tengo instalada en otro ordenador, no 
genera el fichero address.geojson. ¿Alguna idea para solucionarlo? 
(trabajo con ubuntu 16.04)

Thanks for the update Nemanja and appreciate that we are all learning.

 I am about to send an overpass file so that your team can review of some of
the edits. I have also added a number of comments for Victoria, Australia
where we need to look at what access and road type it should be.

*Examples*
Canal/ditch identified as a road - Way 552004404 - This runs through farm
land without access=*

Firebreak around a paddock mapped as track within a farm with no access=*

Roads and tracks through farmland and farmyards with access=* not set.

One thing farmers hate is people traveling on farm roads and being lost.
Actually two, not closing gates. No make that three, Cattle and sheep
rustlers. Please reduce the access so navigators don't route through farms. 

It is really hard to understand the difference between a farm driveway,
track , firebreak, temporary road for logging or fire protection or fence
line from overhead images. Fence lines can often have a bare earth break for
fire protection and often these appear to be tracks or paths and these are
not. Please always reduce access if in doubt.

Perhaps we need to reset a little and to ask for help on some of the
changesets so that not too much needs to change. 

Thank you for being so open and I hope we can all improve OSM
