Yes, the iMobile app is poor with Talkback as well. As soon as I navigate
to the passbook section with the screen reader it becomes unresponsive and
crashes after a minute. Fund Transfer is not much accessible either.

Is the excel you are working on having some images or other embedded files
in some cell? It might happen that when you navigate to such cells the NVDA
will stop working. Only way then would be to close the excel and open
again, even JAWS cannot work with embedded objects in excel.
