If it’s definitely on the wireless side and not an ethernet issue (duplex mismatch, CRC errors, etc) then yeah I’d agree. Congestion could do it too, but that would be fairly obvious if it was the case. From: AF On Behalf Of Jaime Solorza Sent: Thursday, February 17, 2022 10:18 PM

Deflection is not as big of an issue as people might imagine. It's a bigger issue with composite poles, and almost a non-issue with wood. This is counter intuitive, but if the tip of the pole moves a few feet side to side it doesn't change the angle of the antenna appreciably because that bend

Well I'm a week late to this thread... but if you are doing any SMS/MMS over anything you are signing up for as "residential" then be warned.  If the MNOs (Mobile Network Operators) get a complaint, or detect business usage, you may get fined up to $10k per message now if you have not registered

So start by your ping test between radios and make sure it's the RF link (you do have to have both radios in the same IP subnet). I think those AC radios will tell you live modulation graphs, watch that for a bit. Bandwidth, too. What kind of bandwidth do you need? Doing 40 MHz wide is pretty

Switch to PTP mode if you are not already on it Use airview to see if you have any interference Use smaller channel sizes Try different data rate module Peter Kranz www.UnwiredLtd.com Desk: 510-868-1614 x100 Mobile: 510-207-

I think for antenna mounting your limiting criteria may not be the pole strength related to it breaking but the stiffness related to antenna deflection during wind events mis-aligning your antennas. If you're only mounting APs it would be less of an issue than for a backhaul. On Wed, Feb 16, 2022

+1 what Steve said. Depending on the bandwidth you need, go to a narrower channel. 20 MHz, or if you can get the bandwidth you need, go to a 10 MHz channel. bp On 2/17/2022 7:17 PM, Jaime Solorza wrote: basically what i figured
