So Far I have liked my 24port POE one and once I updated firmware to
latest the vlan config was very simple.
I have multiple VLans and also port-based or private vlans as well. The
POS guys love me LOL

I think the idea is that if you buy their switch it has a TFTP and DHCP server
so it can be an stand alone ISP in a box.
