Hi Hèctor, It should be using whatever is currently on GitHub. The beta site doesn't use any released pairs, it directly downloads and compiles everything from source. So, I think it should be using apertium-cat-ita since that's what I see in https://github.com/apertium/apertium-cat-ita/blob/mast
