You are correct though... the ITSM documentation pages all link to the

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Good morning and I hope you had a great weekend
I need your help and maybe some ideas.
We are currently gearing up to implement ServiceDesk 7.0 (or 7.0.1 if we decided to use the patch) and we need to move the open Heat tickets to the new system.

I'm totally with you, Tony. I'm tired of BMCmaking decisions that affect customers without an apparent grasp of the technical ramifications of those decisions on the part of those customers. (Like the support upgrade, for instance). This happened a lot less before the buyout (and they were a

Joe,
This may or may not help you in this situation but just
in case... Could you use a SQL View into AD and then create a Remedy form on top
of the View? I have that setup here with the ADSI linked server.
With SQL you could create elaborate coding that filters anything you
want.
It is odd to release software with the incorrect documentation versions,
right??
no comment. :-)

Update...
It appears that the ServiceDesk/etc release notes are available via
supportweb -- but you have to go to the 7.00.00 section to download them.
If you are using the My Products list this version will not show. Use
the A-Z list instead. They don't exist under 7.00.01.
