Hello List, I am trying to connect a Mid-tier 7.0.1 to our ARS 6.3 Server. Mid-tier 7.0.1 is installed the following way - (Windows 2003) 1. JRE 1.5 (It didn't ask for SDK). 2. Tomcat 5.5.17 3. Copied arsys.war (aka Mid-tier 7.0.1) to \webapps 4. Restarted Tomcat service. Seemed to work

Make sure the .so files included with the midtier are in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH directory. You can do this one of several ways: - set the env var in the tomcat startup script - symlink the files to a common lib directory (/usr/lib, etc.) - copy the files to a common lib directory (/usr/lib, etc.)
