I tried the 7.0.0p2 - 7.0.1 upgrade but it trashed the server. Ended up doing 7.0.1 clean. I do have the Disable Cache VUI Display Properties checkbox. Not sure of a solution to your problem though, other than a clean install. What version admin tool are you using? -- Tony Worthington

I obtained the Remedy Skilled Professional designation. I'm not sure it has done me any good though. Remedy, (BMC) has never sent me anything other than the plaque. No events, no marketing materials, no discounts on RUG, no special forums, no continued education, I expected more I guess.
