The license is tied to the MAC address of the host. Make sure that the hostid (MAC address) you see in the license tool is the one the license was created under - hopefully you can find the original license request. You could also try reapplying the license. I suppose a corruption is possible. On

The server date format used in filters will be set by the lang/locale of the environment the server is running under. Are you using a Unix server - if so check the arsystem script for the LANG setting as it sounds like it may be set to C. To get a UK date format this will need to be changed
