plain-text? That doesn't seem terribly secure. You could at the very, very

I think what it boils down to is that you want to precache the forms that users
most frequently use and those that take the longest to cache. For example, if
you're using Incident management, at the least, you would want to precache the
Incident Management Console, Help Desk for, and perhaps

The 7.1 MT tests showed vastly different results for other browsers. I think
