First of all, Thanks Frederick! I assumed that AR would be a folder that would have a configuration document inside it, and consequently went off on a tangent. Next, Thanks Tauf! That fixed it. It looks like my user login has read but not write permissions to the AR file in the other path.

As I recall, it seemed to do ok as long as there weren't too many (read: ITSM 7) data elements. That points to a memory/resource issue, possibly involving Java resources. Since it's a 32 bit app., I don't think any tweaks will allow it to run against the load ITSM 7.x would throw at it, though.
