The regular version (FB:DataSource) was for the 6.3 (and maybe 7.0.x, but I
skipped that version so I'm not sure) versions of the ARS system. Flashboards
for ARS 7.1.x (and above) switched to a vendor form (FB:Datasource).
You can safely delete the old form as Flashboards no longer uses it.

Open any console, select profile, notifications tab, click update
notification preferences then create any rule matching the ones you don't
want and make sure you select the Individual and Group notifications to No.

Getting a working index on that field will probably be the key to improve
the performance in this case.
