Not other then reference to BMC Support. I created a very similar if not
identical request ISS03763238. The support engineer was very quick to identify
#SW00389524 with scheduled fix in 7.6.04 SP1 release date mid April.

introduced to avoid..why 100?...no clue.it's bigger than 10 which might not
solve all of your contention issues if you have extremely high volumes and
100 is a nice round number that's not excessive like 1000 would be.

own testing showed that unless you have multiple sources (i.e. NMS) creating
many records at the same time, it actually slowed performance rather than
improving it.
