I am trying to push new people records to CTM:People and it doesn’t work.
There are a lot of filters that is triggered. My workflow worked just fine in
7.6.03 but not anymore. Does someone know if there is any new actions that I
need to add in the Push?

Check the user form and then the people form for the person in question. There
is probably a space after one of the names in one form and not in the other. I
also have seen the phone format cause this problem. The user record had
###-###- and the people record had ###.###.

Have successfully used the data management tool to load data from the
spreadsheets. Data contained within the spreadsheets for some notes fields had
text seperated over several lines. When you use the tool, the text then appears
on one line. Is there a way to re format the text imported back

I don't believe there is. The reason it was lost is the DMT converts the
spreadsheets from XLS to CSV, this CSV can't have multi-line encoding, so it
has to strip the enters out before it's even loaded into Remedy, which means
that Remedy knows nothing about it having ever existed.
Well, it's ultimately stored in the ar.cfg file but you need to alter it
through the AREA LDAP and ARDBC configuration forms, as the password is
encrypted before it's written to the ar.cfg.
