You must look at the data type of the field to determine if it is a data
bearing field.

I would recommend using this method. the 'fieldTypeMask' should use
Contstants.AR_Field_TYPE_DATA, this will give you only fields. Secondly,
with the 'FieldCriteria' object, you can specify what data to pull back, so
you want ID and Name only, you specify it there.

Our laptops are Windows 8 with IE 11. Our Remedy environment 8.1 with Remedy
Mid-Tier, 8.1.01 patch 2 - works beautifully with IE 11. We still have users
with IE 8 9 who are also able to use Remedy without issue.

We have some web servers where we change IIS to use ports other than 80/443
so Tomcat can use them. Having IIS on the server doesn't mean you have to
use it and doesn't mean you can't still IIS for other traffic then you main
MT activity.

Since I just ran into this also here is what has to be done on the HPD:Help
Desk form:
Here are the high level steps that we went through to add the status reason
items to the form definition:
1. Connect to server with Dev Studio
2. Open up 'Forms'
3. Open up HPD:Help Desk
I tried this multiple times and it wouldn't work.
Then I un-installed it and noticed it never removed the Apache Tomcat
directory. So I renamed that directory, reinstalled again, and it all just
works now.
There must have been something bad in the first install that didn't get removed.
