Hey everyone,
Im looking for a way to relate support group entries to the AR Group entries.
Over the past many years, we have been renaming support groups via the Data

There is a relationship that is most likely a hidden field. Do you have a
compelling reason for determining which AR Group is tied to the Support Group.

Hi Kiran/Tim,
Actually if you are in best practice customization mode, you wont be
allowed to delete a base form/workflow, this how it was designed. So your
delete option will only available for overlaid objects in best practice
customization mode.

Fwiw, you'll find the most useful information on Spoon on the Pentaho Web

Sometime it really do paranormal activity like forms overlay from backend

That's a good nomination for a product upgrade. In BP mode the delete really

You should put that in the communities - I'd upvote it. Even though I know

Then when in Best Practice, can the Delete be called Delete Overlay? That
seems so easy to do and assures us that we would be deleting the overlay and
not the form. Sometimes I'm in Base and mean to be in Best Practice (doing
research or something).

Good morning,
I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to Atrium Integrator, and I'm not
really able to find much specific information about it in BMC's documentation.
Basically, I have a job that fails with errors such as the following:

Thanks. Changing that seems to make no difference on my production box, but I

which makes me think that this is trying to pass an invalid AR User account

I am not talking about moving binaries. I am talking about how the installer
works on secondary installs.
When you install the first server in a server group the arserverd process
should be up and running. The installer does the file system upgrade and the
db changes.

Thanks. I’m going to give this a try. I was just able to get it working using
an account from the User form that has the right permissions, so I now know
that I can at least connect. I’ll try fixing it and running it again to see if
it still works.

Your problem may be just a little more complex than just touching this data
in the foundation layer. You might have too look at other application areas
too where that data was set. And that might be the more difficult part as in
some of those areas, you might not have the Group ID stored on that

Bring out one from the archives... I am trying to find an example of
data-driven auditing. Both websites listed have been revamped over the
years and the links no longer work. Do either of you still have this app

Or if anybody else has it
Despite being comfortable with the labels personally, I do think there is a
point to all this.
But until that becomes a reality, just know that when you are in the best
practice mode, the deletion of base objects is not allowed by the tool. So
there is nothing to fear there.
It's only when
The original Netcool gateway uses the Alert/Notifier to receive data back from

Do you have a specific port set up in the ARS Administration Console for Alert
Outbound Port?

I'm looking for your experiences out there when you have moved your existing

I was wondering if the Physical (MAC) Address changes? That would impact the

While that looks like the logical way to reach that conclusion, I was

XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
I've yet to run a server with no v4, but I don't expect that to impact MAC,
that is associated with the nic, not the protocol in use :)
