I have a dialog window, that I want to refresh a table field on CHG:Task
when I close it.
Can anyone help me remember how to refresh a table field on Form A, when
I commit changes/close window on Form B (dialog box)?

are missing so it won't let you submit.
You have to create one business tag record for each group on the above
mentioned forms, group name has to match exactly.
You should then be able to submit tickets again.
Please let me know if this helps or if you have any que
st plopping one on a form.

Thanks Uday, I already applied Patch 1537 with no different results. SLA
BRIE still randomly stops processing and I have to stop/restart services
for BRIE to come back to life.
Can you think of anything else that may cause this?

Listers,
Please excuse my SLA
newbie questions. I recently was assigned SLA Module 6.0 Out of
the Box and don't know how to overcome some of these obstacles and have an
important Demo in the morning.
Problem:
We have multiple
groups each with different business time tags that wa
close and recreate ticket with correct CTI so the correct
SLA would get attached.
I just thought
someone out there has probably gone through this before and was wondering if
anyone had any suggestions, thanks!
