We are having issues with mid tier object list.
Even though 'Enable Object List' is enabled on mid tier config, 'AR System Mid
Tier Object List' link is not available on quick links panel on mid tier.
Confirmed the form exists in remedy.
We are on version 9.0.01

One of our client is using remedy API - ARAPI_NET to pull data from remedy.
ARAPI764.NET.zip was downloaded and installed by the client themselves on their
systems.

None of the ITSM application is being used in our system.
All customizations/code was in base development on 7.6
and same is moved to 9.0.01.
We're now planning to switch to best practice.

Hi All,
We did an upgrade from 7.6.04 to 9.0.01.
Since then we are having sporatic cpu issues. CPU utilization on the app server
spikes to 80% and remedy services stops responding.
Even if the cpu comes down to <20%, remedy would not respond until the services
are restarted.

Atleast on 7.6 this wasn't the case. Users were not prompted to login even if
they are not already logged in.
Issue is consistent to only few users.
Removing the user name and pwd from link prompts all users to login.

Yes, I'm using 7.6.04 user tool against 9.0.01 server but still its not
working. Confirmed the macro is in actlink_macro table.
I will try to replace the macro functionality with native Remedy code, as

Looks like something is wrong with the mailbox configs but these are working on
prod. I took arx backup of mailbox configs from prod and imported on remedy 9.
The password and user account fields are intact. Not sure what went wrong
during import.

Notification either returns an ‘Error’ with ‘Client does not have permissions
to send as this sender' in email logs OR just sits in email messages with ‘Send
Message->Yes’ and ‘Authentication unsuccessful’ error in email logs.

Can we have same mailbox configuration on two remedy servers at the same time?
It was new on test environment. Our last 3 test upgrades also failed but there
was no email error in the logs.
This is the first time we had email issues and duplicate key error.

But on 9.0.1, we have to specify the complete URL.

Is there a way to remove port number from the url and access it with just the

We have a customized form to change user password. The workflow has a 'Close
All' action once the new password is saved. This leads to error 623 -
'Authentication Failed' for some users. Is it a known defect SW00439943 on v7.6
