R2 and the midtier? It seems that every time a report is fetched it uses a
license, so even though its the same account being used everytime any reports
are fetched back to back the 10 licenses we have run out

I have a report which is embedded into an AL and runs fine in the windows
client. When running the report on the midtier I get the following error. The
report qualification in the AL is as follows $z2TF_RequestNumber$ = 'Incident
Number' where $z2TF_RequestNumber$ is the Incident ID column
