And, Jose, you're right, you shouldn't be creating new fields on the archive

Hi,
The only thing I can think of is to create a Self-Join of your main
Archive-form where ('1' = $1$).
In the join-form created you should be able to change anything not related
to database fields, for example the table-field in question.

I'm going to test why the Archive form did not get updated in the first place
when the column was added to the Main form. Not sure why this did not happen.
We are still on 7.1 p7, so if I find a bug, it's probably fixed in the latest
version by now

Does anyone ever get below message when trying to create an archive form?

The archive form contains two additional fields (original Request-ID and

Okay, I just resolved this issue while typing out this email. I will,
however, send out my original issue as well just in case any of you run
across this. The problem ended up being that the archive form and the
parent form didn't have the same permissions. You know, it would have

We've also moved away from the out-of-box archiving. Instead, what we're doing
now is we've made a copy of the form, called it form-name_BACKUP, then run an
escalation that does a push-fields to the Backup form, then a run process to do
archived and you don't have to worry about the whole process being disabled
because some mysterious field didn't get replicated on the archive form.

Secondly, on what operation are you getting this error. There are 3 or4 options for copying records to the Archive form.. What have you chosen?
