I agree LJ. Looks like something is wrong with the mailbox configs but these are working on prod. I took arx backup of mailbox configs from prod and imported on remedy 9. The password and user account fields are intact. Not sure what went wrong during import. Thanks! Kaur

So, it seems that the ones that are throwing errors have error in configuration, one where the 'from' is not allowed, and the other where the user/pass combination is wrong. Now...based on your statement that these are the same configs as used in Prodthen one can expect that something is
