Thanks a bunch everyone! Based on the replies I understand, ARS Upgrade from v5.1.2 to v8.1 is feasible.. Although, to upgrade ITSM(HPD v5.1.2) will be very challenging. At this moment, we do not have enough budget to perform this at a full stretch but trying the best whatever we could do
