Did you start more than one upgrade of the AR Server at the same time? I remember having some issues about a year ago with the 9.1 installer and it not accepting Demo's credentials. I just added a password to my account in the User form and used that (I wanted to take any LDAP auth out of the equation). The installer completed under my credentials without issue. Jaso
