Do you mean that you deleted columns and fields directly in the database?
That might be tricky to fix... I would suggest that you restore the

Hi,
So after restoring the db, and restarting your AR Server, you get this

You did not answer the question about how you did this. Did you do it

If you deleted things directly in the DB, this is most likely the root-cause.

Hi,
Apparently you corrupted the system by deleting the wrong things.
Possibly, you system is already corrupt, as you are unable to delete a

Corruptions can happen either by doing things directly in the database, or
by BUGs in the AR System. You can take your pick, but

I am attempting to use an escalation to perform a set field action using
mathematical calculation.
From reading the documentation it seems that I should be able to do this, but
I can't seem to get it work.
I want to do something like:
Name: Testfield
Value: Field1 / 100
Field1 is a Real
When you do the set field do you have it as:
$Field1$ / 100
OR
$Field1$ + / 100
The 2nd one the system will definitely see as concatenation not a
mathematical function.
Also, why can't Testfield be a real number also?
From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList)
I have it like your first example.
I was just reusing an existing test field I had thinking a character field
would be ok, but I will try a Real Number field to see if that is causing a
problem.

Good Morning,
Has anyone seen an error message like this in the AR System Email Error Logs? I
have a couple of these and the numbers between RED and TMP are different. The
mailbox is in the /var/mail directory.
Mailbox Name: Out_Going
Message Type: Severe
Message Number: 362
Message Text:
Hi,
The problem is that the contents go to a text field, so if you want to do
maths, you need to go via a numeric field:
Set-Fields 1: tmpreal = $Field1$ / 100.0
Set-Fiedls 2: Testfield = $tmpreal$
Or maybe you can do something like this:
Set-Fields: Testfield = ROUND($Field1$ / 100.0)
Thanks... The Real Number field fixed it. I assumed that a character field
would work since it could hold any text/numbers, but I was obviously wrong.
Thanks again.
