Hi, If you require integration to more than one vendor then I suggest looking into a reusable third party application. BMC Atrium Orchestrator has a Service Now Adapter and associated processes that can be utilised. This can then be reused as additional vendors require an interface.

I agree. I recall thinking that the return/on menu action might work a long time ago when I needed something similar and then recall it not to work and I wished there was an action for this. Maybe BMC should extend this return action for a selection of date time field just like it does work

One thought that comes to mind is increasing the AR Filter Plugin threads. I do not remember off hand what that parameter is but you should find it in the Admin guide under the ar.conf section of the guide. This would help if your time out is because a thread is not available. Joe _
