We use a combination of HP OpenView for server up/down, log and process
monitoring. On the app server we monitor the arerror.log as well as the stdout
and stderr log files for the email engine. We monitor the MidTier log files.
We also monitor Oracle log files. In addition we use SiteScope
It looks like Anurag's computer has a virus or his email has been high jacked.
